I strongly advise against using DTD Express. I shipped 10kg package from the UK to India on February 15th, 2026. Exactly 5 months have passed, and the package has still not been delivered to its destination. The package is currently stuck in customs because the company does not pay the required taxes. On top of that, they do not even have the shipping manifest or tracking documentation for the transport. Staff members named Shaswat and Dhruv lied to me, misled me throughout the process, and acted in a completely fraudulent way. When I explicitly asked them to either return my package or issue a full refund, they flatly refused, claiming they cannot do anything about it .This is a total scam and a complete lack of professionalism. They have ignored my formal complaints. Do not trust this company, avoid them at all costs.

Extremely poor service right from the start after accepting payment for the parcel.
Issues we faced are that of falsifying attempted delivery, no governance policy to handle customer poor experience and complaints handling. Three emails have gone unanswered (not even acknowledgment of the email).
We were promised delivery within 1 week. We haven’t received our package even after 12 days.

Extremely disappointing experience with DTDC. This is not the first time—I have faced repeated delays and poor service.
Despite booking an express delivery, my parcel (my son’s birthday dress) was not delivered on time. It was supposed to arrive on 18th April, but even by 20th there was no update. Eventually, we had to send our staff to the branch to collect it.
The behavior of the counter staff, especially Mr. Vishal, was highly unprofessional. He showed no responsibility, refused to assist properly, and made our staff wait for 2–3 hours for a small parcel. Even after multiple calls to customer care, there was no urgency or support.
We finally received the parcel on 21st April—completely defeating the purpose of express service.
No accountability, no response to emails (only auto-replies), and extremely poor customer handling. A company of this scale should seriously improve its ground-level staff and service quality.
Highly unreliable. Not recommended.

I sent a parcel (AWB: 103606022612) via DTD Express from London to Nizamabad, India on 6 February 2025. The parcel weighs 68.15 kg and I paid £314.55 for shipping. Despite repeated emails and calls, it has not been delivered.
Customer service has been unresponsive, calls are disconnected, and I received conflicting information about customs clearance and delivery timelines.
I have registered a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline in India (Docket No: 8932098), but the company has still not provided updates.
I hope DTD Express addresses this promptly. Sharing this review so other customers are aware of the delays and service issues.

The Defendant owes me £845.00 for a lost international shipment (UPS Tracking: 1ZJ400090409361234). UPS records (Ref: 101419122505) confirm the claim was "Issued" to the Defendant on 09/01/2026. The Defendant has admitted the claim is approved but refuses to release the funds to me. The items lost were professional trade tools including pliers, fixing screws, and tool holders. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service provided by DTDC. The parcel was sent through priority courier, for which the sender paid more than double the regular charges because the contents were expensive and important.
However, instead of delivering the parcel to the given address, the receiver was informed that they “cannot deliver in that area” and was told to come and collect it personally, otherwise it would be sent back. This is completely unacceptable. If delivery in a particular area is not possible, that should be clearly communicated at the time of booking—not after charging premium rates.
On top of that, there was no proper update provided to the sender regarding the status of the parcel. For something valuable and sent via priority service, the lack of communication and tracking transparency is highly irresponsible.
Charging extra for priority service and then failing to deliver as promised reflects very poor customer service standards. I would not recommend DTDC if you are sending anything urgent or valuable.
This company should be banned or closed .
Better avoid this courier at all costs!!

I am having an absolute nightmare of an experience with DTDC right now and I feel compelled to warn others. My parents sent me a courier containing handmade sweets from Guntur exactly nine days ago. The very next day, the tracking information updated to "In Transit" to the destination, but that was it. It has been stuck on that same status ever since and has never updated again. Usually, it takes about 4 or 5 days to reach UK.
When my parents went back to contact the booking agent, he seemed completely clueless. For days, he gave us random, false responses, claiming it would go in two days or that it would be delivered "tomorrow morning," which he said four days ago. Today, he finally admitted that he actually doesn't know where the parcel is. To make matters worse, I raised a complaint this morning with their online customer care agent. She gave me a generic assurance that she would add a note to the courier and asked me to keep monitoring the status. However, it has been over 20 hours since that conversation and the tracking still hasn't moved an inch.
I am now convinced the parcel is lost and that everyone from the local agent to customer support is just trying to cover it up. I have used this service a couple of times before and while they were usually delayed by a day or two, they never missed a package entirely. This time is different. I feel like my ₹20,000, covering both the valuable contents and the courier charges, is gone. I strongly suggest people find an alternative service because this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Very bad experience from DTDC courier service. We sent a parcel from Kerala Kottayam to Northern Ireland ,UK. And they said it will take 10 days and now it’s 22 days and still we didn’t receive the parcel.
We got a shipment number and when we are tracking it’s says expected delivery is 12/12/15 and today’s date is 22/12/25.
Very poor service and I don’t recommend to any one. Not at all responsible and they don’t even know what is happening and why it’s delaying.

I had a terrible experience with DTDC. I sent a parcel containing Ayurvedic medicines from Tamil Nadu to Kolkata almost a month ago, and it has still not been delivered.
The tracking information hasn’t updated, and customer care gives no response at all — no call, no email, no proper explanation.
This is one of the worst courier services I’ve ever used. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
I trusted DTDC for safe and timely delivery, but now my parcel is missing and there is zero accountability.
I strongly advise others not to use DTDC, especially for important or time-sensitive shipments.

Please do not send any parcels through this company. They will lose your parcel and then claim it has been delivered, even when their own website shows it hasn’t. I suggest checking their reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Twitter before using their service. I’m sure you’ll regret it if you send a parcel with them. It’s hard to understand how this company is still operating given such poor customer service.

Do not use a parcel from ghatkoper to kurla not delivered ,awaiting since last 4 days. Dispatched on 10th and in transit since then today is 14 still no signs.
It’s a scam
The service is extremely poor as to the level one can feel u are dealing with some scam.
I am not sure how and why such company does not come under any regulation.
Complaints raised and useless process. They don’t even reply.
Document was promised to be deliver within 5 days and took around 30 days after 100 of follow-up to know the status and what strikes me the most they feel proud giving false assurances with confidence.
While document delivery was from two big hubs from London to India- Gurgaon. Just avoid the company if u want to avoid mental harassment and eventually you will have to send via reliable services and pay again and will loose money a lot.
So avoiding them is the only solution as they are free to cheat people in the name of air service.
If anyone know any authority who can fix then do let me know will be happy to report so they have some accountability and will avoid such harassment to others.
