They don’t send your full order then his dad who barely speaks English will give you a run around that you can’t understand and never reply to emails for missing items .

Everything is cool and the package is on the way. However I received an email saying that some of the things I purchased were refunded. That's fine I'm not upset. My problem is that i didn't get the money back on my credit card. I believe it was 75$. As long as I get my money back and the package comes in with everything else I ordered then there is no issue. I will continue buying. I already sent a message on customer service but I have not received a reply so I'm just reaching out on here in hopes my issue can be addressed. Furthermore, a lot of the stuff I want to buy is out of stock and I'm wondering when it will be back in stock. Thanks!

Everything works fine until you go to contact customer service.
I’ve made 3 orders from Vapeinthebox. Shipping was a little slow but I can accept that as long as the package is on its way. 3/3 orders were delivered with everything I order in the box(as long as they had it in stock) however with my last order I wanted to cancel it right after I placed the order. This is where the lack of customer service ruined my future with them. I reached out through their website message page, emailed sales at vapeinthebox, and called (424)233-0213 all without reaching anyone. I just wanted to cancel my order, the order ends up going through and I am charged the $500. A few days later the package is delivered to my billing address, not my shipping address. Luckily I still had access to my old apartment and that my girlfriend stumbled upon the package. Now I’ve been attempting to make a return and fill out their illusive RMA form but I’m just going to end up returning the package to sender with all of my information. Will update in the future.

Got in contact with someone at Vapeinthebox who took care of me and gave me a refund minus a fee (fine with me), after multiple orders I can say be careful with your business with this company but that said you can get exactly what you order and in a reasonable time. Upgrading my rating to 3 stars purely because of the helpful individual who stepped out of his role to give me a hand. Would happily name you if you wish and if I could do business with solely you the company would be 5 stars.

They shorted me some of the things that I ordered. I have emailed multiple times and gotten no response. Wouldn’t recommend.

I don't normally go out of my way to even write reviews or complain, but this website is THAT SHADY. If I could rate zero stars, I would - for ZERO customer service. Tried to place several hefty orders with this company, and had issues every single time. My first order was never even processed. The other orders took two weeks just to process, and another two weeks to ship. I tried to get in contact with Vape in the Box via phone & "customer support" email, SEVERAL TIMES, and never got a single response. I will never give Vape in the Box my business again. Do not recommend at all!

I bought 260 in products, I was charged to my card and the purchase was not registered, it appears as if I didn't buy anything. They don't answer the phone or email

I bought 24 boxes of Juul 8 days ago and so far they didn't ship to me and they simply dont answer the phone or e-mails. I would like to cancel my order. Im from Brazil and I already back to my country without the products.

So far not happy with my service. Unfortunately I’m going to have to echo a lot of the negative reviews. Ordered on a Thursday and now it’s the following Tuesday. Received no shipping information as of yet and have left multiple voicemails and sent an email requesting info. Have had zero communication as of yet. While the pricing is great it is frustrating when you need a product in and you are getting zero response.

I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of items from them multiple times. The first 2 or 3 orders went smooth and fine. The most recent orders have been awful. The items take over a week to even ship from them even if you pay for the 4 day shipping. The products are not even in stock half the time but their website says differently. The customer service does not much of an understanding to the urgency of people getting there items. If you need your items on time this is not the place to ever order from.

Cheap prices, cheap shipping, good wholesale distributor.

This is my third or fourth order. The products are fine; but, the customer service is not. I was sent wrong invoice information for my order over a week ago; after paying for four days shipping costs. Order number given for my unfilled order was delivered to an address on the other side of the nation. To date, no follow up or clarification for resolving these issues has been made. Unhappy with lack of follow through and level of communication regarding the matter.

The two reasons why this company is great is because of the extremely low cost products and low minimum orders. Months ago their customer service was not the best but recently they have fixed their response time and continue to strive for better customer service. Any questions are answered quickly by an actual person with real answers. Great company. Would highly recommend!
