Unethical practices
Vodien is a great company for all domain and hosting needs. But when it comes to renewal their sales team is extremely unethical. Constant ringing you non stop despite informing them that we will renew nearer before its due. They even use unscrupulous ways to force you to renew. First, it was to block your access to cpanel which after calling in they claimed is an error. Next they stop the email services totally. All the above, when my service is paid for and well entitled. I have been with vodien for a long time but this round to disrupt with a client's email which causes a domino effect in operations to sales coordination has gone too far. The saving grace was the operations team which address the issue promptly and resolving it. Nonetheless its a shame seriously.
