Makes excuses and lies van breakdown, mix up on delivery. Don't think they actually have stock
Wasted 2 weeks of mine chasing up , no contact or apology from them. Wasted my time and money having someone wait at site for a delivery that never came

Replacement lintol dispatched superfast
After ordering a 2,85m catnic lintol, the delivery was bumped a week from the initial window by an additional week. Having emailed urgently Wade (Kerry), sprung into action, found a suitable replacement new lintol & dispatched this to arrive am next morning, to the Edinburgh area.

Hope delivery periods can be resolved on their website going forward, but very pleased Wade came through!

Researched and purchased 8 Acrow props…
Researched and purchased 8 Acrow props to be sent to Glasgow. Arrived well packed on a pallet and out to use. A good product that’s already in use. I would order again from these guys, they have the product and the logistics to support distribution. The price point was cheaper than I could source locally including postage/shipping.

Then had to complain to get my money back
They promised within 5 days delivery after 10 days wade still didn't have a clue so I had to shop elsewhere and wait to get my money back. Avoid wade as mostly it seems they can't supply.
