I ordered 2 catnic lintels and i paid £70 for next day delivery. I was desperate to have those delivered as i had people on site doing nothing. Guess what… after one week i was still waiting them. Had to cancel the order

Exactly what i wanted and pretty quick iah delivery
Delivery maybe a bit expensive perhaps but otherwise freat

Ordered a roll of scaffold netting online - £20 ok but then hit with delivery cost of £35 after placing order/payment. Ridiculous! Sadly also, the netting is just that - wide weave roll of net, not a denser mesh as required. I'm sure this is a great company but the delivery cost was disappointing to say the least.

I spoke to the customer service before placing my order to check whether the transport vehicle would be suitable to get up the track I live on. They were very helpful and reassuring. Placed order. Straightforward delivery. Best price by far. I would definitely use this company again.

The decking was top quality delivery was exactly on time LOL but there was no communication about when delivery would be. It just turned up so be aware it will still probably come on the day You thought it was coming when you ordered it, but there will be no email to confirm.

Was meant for delivery a Friday afternoon, I rang to chase it up early afternoon and was told it’s down for Monday as “apparently” there was nothing stating Friday even though the lady I dealt with in the end said it was 100% meant to be that Friday! So we get to Monday and I chase it up again! Only to be told they can’t deliver today now, it’s on its way back to the depot!! and it’ll now be Wednesday! So, we get to Wednesday and I call early to check, get told yes it’s all due to arrive with me, and guess what, it didn’t, so delivery is then on for Thursday 10am!!! No delivery Thursday at 10. The driver hadn’t even collected the order by then! I was told between 4 to 5.30pm. It arrives at 19.30 and the driver wanted £40 more to unload into my back garden. Obviously he didn't get it!!

Ordered on the 15th jan and paid extra for the 5 day service, phoned twice for them to confirm a delivery date. should have been delivered today 4th feb and no delivery. Terrible service.

Catnic lintel order. Didn’t have size in stock but got it ordered in for me. Delivery time was a bit off, and didn’t have much warning. notification was given in the morning of delivery and turned up mid morning when it said it would. Ideally would have had more notice so could plan around being at home for delivery. Item wasn’t damaged and price was better than other company’s. 4star due to delivery being a bit short notice.

This is one company that I rate very highly. In fact I consider then to be exceptional. Considering I live hundreds of miles away from their depot they delivered on the day and the driver went out of his way to be kind and helpful.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered some herace fence panels with a delivery time of 4-5 days. Five weeks later and numerous phone calls consisting of no one knowing anything about anything and me on hold for ages. Complete waste of space.
