I am impressed by the Wandrd team and the response to my warranty question.

I owned my Prvke 21 for 3 years. Love the product and use it everyday. Was devastated when the zipper broke earlier this week.

I first bought by PRVKE 31L 8 years ago, it's by far the best backpack I have ever owned.
I use it every. single. day.

…and when the main zipper failed after 6 years, the customer service was simply outstanding: the damage was deemed too serious to repair and I was immediately offered a new bag, free of charge. Just like that.

The only complaint I may have is that I would have preferred a repair as it's by far the most environmentally friendly option.

I've had a WANDRD Hexed Duffel for over 3 years now and it's travelled the world with me. Eventually after pretty heavy use there were a couple things that started to go (understandably) and the WANDRD team honoured the warranty incredibly quickly. I've recommended their products to a few friends who have purchased other items and the quality always holds up.

I have a PRVKE 21L and an HEXAD for a couple of years now and they're simply the best backpacks money can buy. The attention to detail and quality of the materials are outstanding. You can't really go wrong with these.

The product is amazing, I have 3 different bags form WANDRD ad i'm happy with each one. Recently i had a problem with the PRVK and the customer service helped me in no time! Great experience!

Ich habe mir vor 5 Jahren bereits einen Rucksack gekauft, den PRVKE 31l. Ich habe ihn geliebt. Viel Stauraum, meine Kamera und zwei Objektive waren sehr sicher verstaut und es war eine Menge Platz für Laptop, ein paar Klamotten etc. übrig.
Der Rucksack war immer sehr robust, bis vor kurzem leider der hintere Reißverschluss kaputt ging.
Der Support ist in der Sache echt Mega! Innerhalb weniger Tage hatte ich einen neuen Rucksack zuhause, obwohl es fünf Jahre nach Kauf passiert ist.
Die lebenslange Garantie ist echt Gold wert. Ich musste nur den Versand bezahlen.
Ich kann die Firma nur weiter empfehlen 🤗

I love the quality of this backpack and use it almost daily. After about a year and a half, a zipper on one of the main compartments broke, but the support team was fantastic — they sent me a discount code to order a new backpack. I only had to pay for delivery and received a brand-new one, which is pretty awesome. I’m really happy with both the product and the customer service!

Bag has been amazing since 2021, the original prvke. But unfortunately time in Hong Kong and sun lee to the nylon failing in both back straps. Unusual, sure. Happy to report amazing claims process, super fast response and delivery of a new prvke V3 - free of charge. Thank you to the team. Updated bag works great, and good here was minimal downtime.

I bought my PRVKE back in 2018, right after the Kickstarter launch, and it’s been my go-to bag ever since. I’ve used it for professional photo and video work in Hawaii, and it’s traveled with me across multiple countries as my carry-on — holding laptops, camera gear, extra clothes, and all the essentials perfectly.

The size is ideal, and the roll-top design is one of my favorite features — super versatile for expanding storage or clipping on extra gear when needed. The camera access hatch on the side makes it ideal for on location shooting and weather ( for us at the volcanos) situations as well.

After seven years of heavy use, the coating along the zippers started to fray and leave residue. I submitted a warranty claim, and within 24 hours WANDRD had a replacement bag on the way. I only had to cover minimal shipping — incredible customer service and support.

It’s rare to see a product hold up this well for so long, and even rarer to see a company stand behind it like this. Huge thumbs up to WANDRD.

Great customer service. I ordered 2 sling bags, but received one. They made it right and the bag itself is high quality. The reason why I love their sling bags so much it is because of the laptop storage feature. No longer do I need to find out the inner dimensions of the bag to put my laptop in. With these sling bags, you store your laptop outside of the main bag where there is a large external pocket!

I recently had to make a claim on a damaged product purchased from WANDRD. The customer service during this process was outstanding. The team kept me up to date at each stage, were highly professional and honoured their warranty.
Their genuine interest in their customers was reflected in the way the team handled this matter.

I bought a Prvke EDC, design of this bag is quite disappointing. You have to undo the magnetic handle to open it, which is very inconvenient. The roll-top uses Velcro that easily catches on scarves or coats in winter and will likely wear out over time — magnets would have been a much better choice. The front pocket is poorly made, with just a single stitched line as a divider, which was already coming apart when the bag arrived. For the price, I expected much better quality.
Plus, it can't stand on its own.

I had an OG PRVKE bag from 2017, and when it finally kicked the bucket a solid 8 years later after traveling the world with me through countless weather conditions, I decided to test out that Lifetime Warranty.
Thankfully, WANDRD means what they say. In a panic knowing that the weekend was coming soon and I had back to back weddings this month, I filled out the warranty claim PRAYING it would be seen before the next week in the hopes it would arrive as soon as possible. Marc answered my prayers and promptly sent me a code to replace my bag in its entirety! I’m waiting for it to come in now but I can’t wait to go on more adventures with my favorite brand of camera bag that truly is as rugged and tough as they say.

I absolutely love my WANDRD bag – it’s incredibly comfortable, practical, and stylish. What impressed me even more was their amazing customer service: fast, kind, and truly supportive. It’s rare to see a company that genuinely stands behind its products like this. Highly recommended! I had an issue with my WANDRD bag and reached out to support. They honored their lifetime warranty, responded promptly, and resolved the problem without any hassle. That experience convinced me the lifetime warranty is real and dependable.

Everything about WANDRD is outstanding; the gear, the customer service. It's so nice in this day and age to have a question about a product and actually, not only get a human, but someone who knows what he's talking about. I recently upgraded my PRVKE 31L to a V4 only due to one bothersome piece, that I could have taken the shears too, but why mess up a lovely pack when the update has already fixed the worrisome part. My misery wasn't actually a gear problem but an upgrade in camera lens. I'm a wildlife photographer and my needs are pretty specific, from getting all my Nikon gear safely into a backpack, water-resistant, light, couple hiding places for money and passport, and safe when being in the overhead compartment on planes/cargo hold on puddle jumpers. This backpack meets it all. It's been knocked about, sprayed on zodiac rides, pushed around on commercial flights, and lovingly carried from the Antarctic to the Arctic, and places in between. Never has a zipper hesitate to open or close, a strap not stayed in place. It's superb and the folks behind WANDRD are ready to take your call when you have a question.

I ordered the PRVKE EDC because the product listing stated the laptop sleeve was 42 cm deep — in reality, it's closer to 36 cm. My 16" MacBook doesn't fit at all. That’s false advertising.

I paid €10 for shipping to receive the bag, and now it seems I'm expected to cover the return as well — despite the error being completely WANDRD’s fault.

I submitted a return/exchange request through their website (no response), followed up via Instagram (told to email support), and then emailed them directly. Days later, I’ve still had no reply. I’ve made it clear that I need a UPS return label because I can't generate one myself — but they’ve left me hanging.

As it stands, I’ve paid for a product that doesn’t match its description, can’t use it, can’t return it, and WANDRD is completely ignoring me.

This is the kind of service I’d expect from a budget eBay seller — not a “premium” brand. Shockingly poor support and zero accountability. Avoid.

UPDATE**

I had a frustrating experience initially, the product I received (the PRVKE EDC) didn’t match the advertised specs, and I couldn’t get in touch with customer support despite several attempts via their website, email, and social channels. It felt like I was being ignored, and I was left unable to return the bag, which was really disappointing.

However, after posting this review, WANDRD looked into the issue, they responded promptly and issued a full refund, no questions asked.

While the situation was stressful at the time, I really appreciate that they took ownership, followed up publicly, and resolved things fairly. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters, and in the end, WANDRD did the right thing.

Thanks again to the team for sorting it out.

Havde købt nogle ekstra bryst stropper til min taske, da jeg har tabt den. Jeg bestilte, skrev adressen korrekt (havde dobbelttjekket efterfølgende) og på en eller anden måde er mit hus- og dørnummer blevet fjernet. Så pakken blev sendt retur og trods kontakt til firmaet, kunne de ikke sende den igen.

Jeg har kontaktet dem og kan ikke få svar på, hvor i processen det er gået galt, eller om jeg kan bestille igen, uden det samme sker.
Dårlig kundeservice.

Update: that is simply not true. I sent you the screenshots of the mail you sent me, confirming that my order was on its way, with the correct adress. I assume you have guessed my adress correct in two different mails then...

Very impressive bag and even more impressive customer service. A zip broke on a PRVKE after four years of heavy use and I emailed customer service, who responded immediately with a code for a replacement bag. 10/10

Der Rucksack macht insgesamt einen soliden Eindruck, aber er entspricht nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen. Die Funktionalität ist zwar durchdacht, allerdings hätte ich mir an einigen Stellen etwas mehr praktische Alltagstauglichkeit gewünscht. Auch bei der Größe hatte ich zunächst das Gefühl, dass mehr Stauraum vorhanden wäre – für meine Bedürfnisse ist es etwas knapp. Vom Design her ist er zwar modern, trifft aber nicht ganz meinen persönlichen Geschmack.
Für bestimmte Einsatzzwecke mag der Rucksack sicher gut passen, für mich war er aber nicht die optimale Wahl.
