I am a uk customer and i thought i already paid the duties for this bag around £63.98 uk sterling only to hear i have to pay another £74.01 in duty to UPS. This sucks if i could send the bag back i would and just get it from amazon. Additionally i had to pay delivery that i thought was free. Ref E49033. This bag was sent from Europe Dutch so why the extra duty?
Follow up i tried to explain the situation that i have already paid the duty but the courier guy was not willing to leave the parcel without payment of duty that was paid already.

Awesome company and product! I’ve had my Wandrd Prvke since 2018 now, 7 years! Just recently the Zipper of the camera opening derailed.
I asked the support if I can purchase some replacement zipper and they told me I had lifetime warranty!

This is hands-down one of the best bag…
This is hands-down one of the best bag companies out there—especially for camera gear. I’ve had my camera bag since 2018, and after seven years of heavy use, some of the zippers started to separate, which was affecting its water resistance.
Thanks to their lifetime warranty, I submitted a replacement request, and within just a few hours, they emailed me a code for a brand new bag. No hassle, no runaround—they truly stand behind their products. That kind of customer service is rare, and it’s why I’ll only buy my camera bags from them moving forward.
Appalling customer service
I like Wandrd products, I really do. That's what the additional star is for (otherwise it would be a one).
They have NO customer care whatsoever, not even the courtesy of replying to very simple email requests. The delivery times FAR exceed estimates, and in my case, I emailed them asking for cancellation as I would be out of the country for 2 weeks. They ignored this.
2 days later they sent me an email saying "UPS label created" I emailed them again asking them NOT to deliver and to cancel the order. They ignored this as well.
I then get a UPS "delivered notification" with no photo, and it could not have been delivered because the property was empty. I did not consent to any parcel being left anywhere.
I emailed them again, and guess what. Yes that's right they IGNORED me.
Had to open a PayPal case in the end which was found in my favour.
Really atrocious customer service, something that was so easy to sort, wasn't even looked at.

Firstly With regard to the emails. I sent them to exactly the email address you mention. You have my email address if you want to contact me, I will gladly forward them. If you don't want to contact me then please specifically check your inbox at that address for emails 28/05 13:25 and 29/05 10:25, they will be there.
As for the delivery photo, I did not see one. Furthermore, if it was delivered when I was out of the country when I specifically emailed and asked you not to deliver, and also explicitly asked for you not to leave in a safe place if the delivery had already been dispatched (this is in the email I am quite happy to forward you). I never received any delivery from your company as I was out of the country. It did not come into my possession therefore the risk lies with you if you choose to ignore my requests.
You also mention I didn't create a return. How can I create a return for an item I didn't receive? seriously?
As for allowing PayPal to refund me, that is not true, PayPal refunded me because Wandrd didn't respond. I also mentioned to PayPal that I was happy to forward a receipt from WEX for exactly the same product that I had ordered afterwards.
So, for me to be accused of fraud, is very petulant of you. I can prove every claim I am making. Why don't you send me an email and I will gladly provide all the proof you need. You can then put an apology up for accusing me of fraud.

Bags for life
I have several bags/products from Wandrd and they are simply awesome, made by photgrapher for photographer and everyone else! I also needed to use the support as I needed to claim the warranty and I never experienced such a fast solution and great support. I can only highly recommend Wandrd!

Best camera bags on the planet!
I recently purchased the rouge 6L sling camera bag. This is the most versatile, over engineered bag I’ve ever felt. It is not only an incredible camera bag, but I was able to carry 3 lenses, lunch, a 26 oz water bottle, and sunscreen. When we rented bikes, the additional exterior clips allowed me to place the bag in a bike basket while secure, and allowing easy access to my camera. Zippers are perfect, and the material is nearly bombproof. Wandrd has a customer for life in me!

warranty claim
I've had a prvke 31 and a DUO daypack for a while, both great bags and I've travelled a lot alternating between them. A while back, I've noticed the external part on the DUO daypack starting to flake away, I've contacted Wandrd and they accepted a claim under their warranty, great! they sent me a voucher as the item is now discounted. this was back in 2023 by the way. For personal reasons I couldn't travel for a while and completely forgot about the voucher to exchange my gear. I am now in a position to travel again and to my surprise, after digging it out of my inbox today, the voucher still works and I've managed to order a new backpack ready for a lot of new adventures in the future. thanks a lot guys, you rock!

Superb service!!!
I bought the PRVK bag, version 1, some years ago. Two weeks ago the zipper ran of the track. After contacting WANDRD, in order to find out if there was a repair location they would recommend, I was told to send in some details as this falls under their warranty. Upon review they said the damage was to severe and something that is not supposed to happen. Instead of fixing the bag they sent me a brand new one, i only had to pay shipping!

I am using two backpacks for over six years and love every detail of them. Bought one on their site and one via a Kickstarter campaign. The service wandrd offers is as great as the products. I highly recommend products from this brand. They are not cheap but if you buy cheap you buy twice. ;) Totally worth the money.

Disappointed by WANDRD – EU customers, know your rights
I recently ordered a PRVKE V3 21L MultiCam Black Photo Bundle from wandrd.eu (the EU-facing site of the US brand WANDRD), with shipping from their Dutch warehouse. Unfortunately, the backpack turned out to be incompatible with my gear, so I requested a return within the legal 14-day window.
According to EU Directive 2011/83 and reinforced by the Rome I and Rome II Regulations, sellers — even if based outside the EU — must comply with mandatory EU consumer rights when selling to EU customers. This includes the obligation to refund all payments received, including the original shipping cost, when a customer exercises the right of withdrawal (Article 13(1)).
WANDRD’s return policy explicitly excludes the refund of outbound shipping (€9.95), which directly contradicts this EU legal requirement. I accepted to pay the return shipping myself (€36), even though it was quite expensive, because EU rules allow sellers to leave that cost to the consumer. But refusing to refund the original shipping wasn’t acceptable — not because of the amount, but because it's a matter of principle and legal consumer rights.
After a polite request and then a PayPal dispute, they eventually refunded the €9.95 — but only as a “one-time exception.” Before doing so, they sent me a message warning that if I didn’t cancel the dispute, it would be treated as “fraudulent activity,” and that I would be banned from shopping with them again.
Honestly, I found this message intimidating — it felt like an attempt to pressure me into dropping the claim, even though I was simply exercising my legal rights as a consumer.
In the end, they did ban me, despite the fact that I acted respectfully and stayed within my rights the entire time. I’ve always liked WANDRD’s brand and their products, but this experience was genuinely disappointing.
If you're a customer in the EU, be aware that even brands with a good reputation might not fully respect your rights unless you stand your ground — and sometimes, you’ll pay the price for doing so.

I had the original PRVKE backpack for 7 years, amazing bag, versatile, durable, useful for so many different setups. After so many years a corner of my main zipper gave out, and I got a replacement backpack in under 2 hours (claim - approval - shipped), amazing!
Great Products, Even Greater Customer Service
I have backed Wandrd twice on Kickstarter - the first for the Prvke, and the second for the Duo Daypack.
This review will be about the Duo Daypack.
Ever since I received the Duo Daypack in 2019, it has been my go-to for every situation. Not only does it have a securely padded and collapsible camera pocket, it has so many organizational pockets and pouches throughout the interior. Recently, the interior of the bag has started to break - the rigid plastic lining maintaining the shape of the bag snapped. I contacted Wandrd about this and they provided me with a promo code for a new bag. Even though the Duo Daypack is discontinued, the promo code was for any of the other Wandrd products. Though I am quite disheartened at my favorite bag being discontinued, I am very pleased with how Wandrd treated my case and look forward to another (at least) 6 years of using their products. Thank you Wandrd team!

Great product and great customer support
I have been using the Prkve backpack almost daily for the past 4 years and this is by far one of the best backpack I have ever owned. That being said a weird appeared in it and I had to do a warranty claim : it was superfast, super efficient and the customer service was nice.
All that to say, you get good products and if there's anything with it, they literraly have your back !
Fits all my gear
Bought my first Wandrd Pvke in 2019 and just love it so much! The bagpack is fully customisable and fits all of my gear easily. It looks great, feels great and I’m just so happy to have invested in this. When some zippers failed I filled out a warranty claim and it got replaced super fast and easy. I will always buy a Wandrd camera bag!
