Warrenty solutions since joining them over 1.5 years have been absolutely fantastic. There professionalism and understanding on all my issues I’ve faced with my work van have been outstanding 10/10 my latest issue has been the worse. Agent Ben got me a full refund.
My car was under warranty but a cheap EGR valve was fitted, it was causing issues with my BMW. So I took the car to BMW who replaced the valve and now car is perfect. I Rang Warranty solutions Agent Ben to let him know what I did because my car was running bad, he went out of his way to get me a full refund from what I paid to BMW. Happy customer.

After purchasing my car, I also took out the warranty. Mark contacted me the following day to introduce himself and make sure I had all the information I needed. He confirmed that the warranty was active and explained the benefits of being on the Gold plan. I really appreciated the proactive communication and friendly service. A very positive experience overall.
