David was super helpful. I phoned at 3:15 because a part for my wetroom drain had gone missing. He had the correct part to me at no extra cost within 24 hours so the tiler was able to complete his work on schedule. Amazing. Very can do attitude.

I rang up for some advice. Extremely helpful. Clearly know all about their showers etc. I wish they were in Greece!

I recently purchased a linear drain from Wetrooms Design for my walk-in shower, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the product and the service I received.
Firstly, I was amazed by the speed of delivery. Despite my initial concerns about receiving the item on time, it arrived promptly, allowing me to proceed with my renovation without any delays.

I’ve just bought a shower base from Wetrooms Design, it arrived damaged and so the client would have no bathroom when they returned from their holiday. Wetroom Designs sell good quality items at competitive prices. I bought an item which I had to return (although there was nothing wrong with it) and, whilst not the fastest of processes, the return ran faultlessly, collection was arranged and I received a full refund with no deductions. This was outstanding service and should provide a high level of confidence when shopping with Wetroom Design

A really first class service and did what it said on the tin. I had to check a couple of things prior to the order and the staff were most helpful. Delivery came on time and I have just fitted the product and it looks awesome in my customer's bath. Looks robust and price was also very attractive. Thank you

I chose to fit a wetroom shower tray from this company because it offered a suitable size and drainage configuration for my project. I had formerly used an Impey tray that was easy to fit. By comparison the wetrooms design tray has proven to be problematic, time consuming and difficult.The whole tray is curved in two directions preventing it from lying properly whilst you are trying to prepare the floor leveling compound over a concrete floor. Trying to set the drain trap at the correct level is also difficult because it needs to be set under the tray aligning to the tray drainage channel. This channel protrudes below the thickness of the tray meaning that it will need to be set below the structural floor surface. Its protrusion below the tray also makes it difficult to level the tray whilst it fowls on the floor. Whilst installing this you will need to manage floor leveling compound, excavations, multiple levels and a tray with a curved bottom. To be fair the company was polite and willing to talk to me. Nevertheless I would not buy this again and certainly cannot the recommend this installation process when compared to Impey.
I believe the product could be better designed and manufactured to improve this type of experience.
