Carhartt Jacket
I ordered a Carhartt Jacket from Workweargurus and it took about 8 working days to arrive , however when I ordered they said it would be 3-5 days .
I suspect they do not hold this item in stock and had to source it from an EU warehouse.
(So Beware !).
I must admit Chris and Andrei kept me up to date with this , and I was pleased with the purchase when it arrived, it was good quality and a great price!
It wouldn’t put me off ordering from this company again. I understand you cannot keep thousands of lines permanently in stock, but surely there’s a way of telling whether there’s an Item in or out of stock when ordering.

With regards to the delivery, we are actually one of the major UK stockists of Carhartt gear. However, as you rightly point out, with so many products in our store we do only hold limited quantities of sizes and colours and will indeed ship in extra stock when more stock is required.
Unfortunately Carhartt themselves don't actually hold any stock in the UK at all, so we have to ship it from Europe in such cases. What that does also mean though is that while our deliveries are normally much faster than there's are, we know we will also never be slower than them! We will always tell customers when this is going to be necessary and I'm glad you were kept fully up to date.
We are actively working on a solution that would give real-time timescales for any and thank you for your feedback on that as a feature too.

The whole experience with this company was trouble free and felt very comfortable. The product I bought was excellent quality but I had to return as I didn`t order the right size but again very uncomplicated. If you read reviews I really hope this helps!

I recently ordered buckbootz from Them
I recently ordered work boots from The Workwear Gurus and initially experienced an issue where my cancellation wasn’t recorded due to a system error, which delayed my refund.
However, once I contacted them, their team responded quickly and took responsibility for the mistake. They handled the situation, processed the full refund,
While the delay was frustrating at first, I appreciate the clear communication, apology, and effort to resolve the matter properly. Based on how they handled the issue and followed up, I would consider using them again.

Wont give warrenty from 2 months use
Avoid this company pair of buckboots leaking after 2 months, theyre claiming its a puncture when its a hairline tear refusing to send replacement unless I pay for a new pair.
Customer service abysmal.

Hi Toby,
Unfortunately, a product warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not accidental damage caused by things such as contact with sharp objects, exposure to heat or fire, or other external factors. These are standard warranty conditions and are also the terms applied by Buckbootz in this case.
Buckbootz themselves have reviewed the evidence as we asked for a second opinion. They concluded: “The damage just doesn’t present as a flex crack and we cannot cover any form of accidental damage in our warranty.”
We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with the outcome, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We always try to support our customers wherever possible, but we do have to follow the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and cannot make exceptions outside of these.
We did, however, want to assist where we could, which is why we sought Buckbootz second opinion, and also even offered a goodwill replacement at cost price when the adjudication was made. Something we did not need to do but an effort to show our understanding that misfortune happened so early on after purchase.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are genuinely sorry that the damage occurred so early in the product’s life but we have certainly been as supportive as possible.

Avoid this company. Ordered my work wear 10 days ago. Still no sign of it even being shipped out. Sent emails and no response or solution from supplier. First time using this company. And definitely last. Use the more reliable companies. That ship same day and deliver within 3 days.

The order was placed six working days ago, and we contacted you the following day to advise that there would be a delay, with an estimated dispatch time of around one week. You contacted us yesterday on three occasions and we responded twice on the same day. When you requested a refund today, this was processed promptly and the order was cancelled before any goods were dispatched.
We are genuinely sorry that we were not able to deliver as quickly as intended in this instance. While delays can occasionally occur, we always aim to communicate them as early as possible so customers can decide whether to continue with the order or cancel, as happened here. We also aim to remain responsive and helpful throughout, which is something regularly reflected in customer feedback.
That said, we are sorry that this experience fell short of what you expected, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Very happy with my Regatta waterproof Beacon trousers, that are actually waterproof, good fit, enough pockets and 'normal' looking, so ordered a second pair. Good price and service from Workwear Gurus and prompt, friendly reply to email.

I just wanted a pair of decent boots and socks for the winter, had just riggers in the past, saw these,cost a couple of days but i got them,came a couple days later and??..
It's not SNOWED for 2weeks,gotta pair of luminous green & gray boots & socks which fit beautifully but at the moment unless i look like a workman I'll be called 'the luminous man' by everyone!..

Don't deal with Brian at workwear gurus
I ordered some rock fall safety wellies, socks and insoles, just before Christmas, so I appreciate that people are not in work and things are up the wall a bit but I received an email from work wear guru advising me that there had been a issue with stock and the ones that I had purchased wouldn't be available until the end of January so they offered me a alternative to get them to me sooner, the correspondent email was Brian (YES YOU BRIAN) and I asked him if I could have some buckbootz instead and he advised me that yes they do have buckbootz in stock and that they have them in my size and sends me a link to the buckbootz range (so far so good) so I replied to Brian and explained that I would like some buckbootz in black and orange to witch I got a reply a day later that I needed to send him the exact reference to the wellies that I wanted as buckbootz have a huge range and the best way for me to do it was to copy the text and paste it in to my email to him, so that's exactly what I did (Thanks for the tip Brian 👍) to which I got a reply another day later explaining to me that the Buckbootz were a little dearer so I would have to pay a bit more (still absolutely fine) so I did as I was asked and let him know once I had paid to then get a reply saying he was going to send me the blue and orange buckbootz that day, to which I instantly replied no Brian I want Black and orange not Blue and orange (to which I got no reply) so I sent a follow up email stating that I wanted black and orange but what did Brian do he sent me the Blue and orange well guess what Brian I wanted Black and orange not Blue and orange like I asked for so overall not too fond of Brian as he is either ignorant or colour blind and slow at emails ( CHEERS BRIAN)
