Excellent service
Although the order took ages to arrive, it was worth the wait, and it was a bargain. I compared the price to other sellers, and it was certainly the most competitive. I was kept in the loop by the seller regarding the journey of the product and a courtesy email regarding the reason for the delay. I will definitely buy another product soon.

Best work boots for me.
Have stuck with this brand for many years now.
As I crouch a lot for outdoor work I've found these are the least likely to split and the most comfortable fit.
Workwear Gurus delivered on time to pickup point and lots of communication on order and delivery status.
Would definitely recommend.

Oct 31st, Ord 58630, boots arrived after a lengthy, waaay longer than you'd expect delivery, so so slow. Boots turned out to be too small, and trust me, i know what size my own feet are, so that means the quality control of the suppliers are way off, and I returned them immediately for exchange.... its now 10th Dec and no boots have been sent to me in exchange, poor show, poor company, poor service. Without them I cannot work, so am forced to go elsewhere.
UPDATE- Prompted by the review, WorkWear Gurus obviously monitor, they have reached out with a sincere apology and a full refund as I have now been without work boots and forced to source elsewhere. My review still stands as to slow delivery, but they gain in the fact they reached out and rectified, thank you guys.
A reply to their reply- Absolutely 100% agree the slow delivery is down to royal mail, but as a business you should be tracking their failures and when it hits a percentage of failures, perhaps look at alternative vendor/courier.
it seems that some of your feedback when it comes to products, that is negative seems to be all about sizing issues, this is something I can wholeheartedly confirm, so maybe a bit more diligence is needed on your QC towards suppliers that they are supplying what they say.
Im jot saying I wouldn't return to Workwear Gurus in the future, just that you dropped the ball on this occasion

To explain this, there are some clear points that anyone reading should know.
- Firstly to say, while we do keep an eye on Trustpilot and all review platforms because we care about our customers, we always aim to respond to customers rapidly. However, we actually monitor our customer service channels far more closely so if you ever need help or a resolution, reaching out to us directly to help@workweargurus.com is actually always the best and quickest way to get it.
With regards to what happened with your return to us:
- Prior to your review here, we never received any contact from you about the delay with your return. Without this, we weren’t aware there was an issue or that the parcel was even on its way to us. If you had contacted us we would, of course, have tried to assist.
- The Royal Mail tracking showed no movement for four whole weeks, which is extremely unusual. Delivery should be within 48 hours as that is the service that is paid for.
- Your parcel only arrived with us the morning we reached out to you, as the tracking clearly shows.As soon as it arrived, we processed your return straightaway. Again, there was no delay at all on our side. We never delay.
- The entire holdup was caused by the courier, not by anything we did or didn’t do. We use Royal Mail because they’re normally more reliable than cheaper options, and we subsidise the cost ourselves to give customers the best return experience we can.
- Even though the delay was outside of our control, we still refunded your return label as a gesture of goodwill. We are not happy with the experience Royal Mail delivered here and this is our recognition of this.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to be left waiting, especially for something as essential as work boots. We feel the frustration too, because we genuinely want every customer to have the smooth experience we work so hard to provide.
If you’d like to give us another chance, we’d really appreciate it, and we’re more than happy to help you directly any time.

I ordered work boots hi Viz trousers and a high Viz T shirt from work wear gurus. My items arrived well packaged and we're delivered very quick. Communication from them is excellent. I even received an email thanking me for my purchases and a review I left for the excellent work boots. A solid piece of work/everyday wear for…
A solid piece of work/everyday wear for a really good competitive price. I have seen the same item for sometimes twice the price on other sites. Communication was excellent, and delivery time from mainland Europe to UK was good. I will be going back to this site as the company offer great value & are great to deal with.
