I've had some good AC Infinity products & some real bad ones. Their basic fans & filters have worked well & the new tent design is a big improvement over the old one. But most of their products rarely live up to the hype.

Recently, I pre-ordered & purchased a Spectron 3 camera from AC Infinity. When it arrived, the camera couldn't perform even close to the claims made by the company. To make matters worse the company decided to plaster their name & logo on every photo & video taken. That logo cannot be removed from your pictures. But, AC Infinity has altered the photos on their website. None of the website photos of their camera show their name & logo in the picture. That has been removed from their photos. Their marketing department can see how ugly that name & logo looks, so they removed it from the pictures on their website, but the consumer doesn't have that option. That's the old bait & switch trick used to deceive customers. Any company that thinks that's an acceptable practice, isn't a company anyone should trust.

When people get deceived by companies like this, filing a complaint with the Attorney General in the State the business operates (AC Infinity is based in California) can often be quite helpful. It'll take a little time to resolve disputes, but I've found that action can be quite helpful in fixing problems the company won't address. I hope others don't have to deal with the same problems I have from getting conned by AC Infinity's marketing tactics.

All of their stuff is mass produced garbage. The stitching on their tents rip within a couple months the diodes on there lights are soldered so bad if you touch them with a microfiber cloth they will fall of and light won’t work and they won’t warranty it. Their heaters won’t even heat a 3by3 tent.
Be prepared to deal with 40 emails to get a years with their warranty department.

Alex was excellent he helped me with my humidifier helped me factory rest and troubleshooting. Taught me something new and got even more in depth with the setting to try and figure out what was going on unfortunately it was a product issue or I’m sure he would have helped fix it…he definitely deserves a RAISE !! Thanks Alex and ac infinity

Vanessa was very helpful. She went thru trouble shooting with me and was able to fix multiple issues. She was easy to understand and clearly understood how to operate equipment correctly.

Ordered a terraform 8 ac system from this company, waited several weeks for it to arrive. When it arrived the box and packaging was severely damaged and items missing from the box. I immediately called ac infinity who informed me that I would need to send the unit back to them for inspection before receiving a replacement or refund. The box is so destroyed that I can't even use it to send the ac back in forcing me to spend more money on packaging or keep a machine that is missing items and most likely damaged.
This company was more concerned about me sending photos so they could file a claim with the shipper to get THEIR miney back from the shipper then about me their customer! Why would they not immediately ship a new machine out then I could use the box to return the damaged machine. All this after waiting weeks to recieve it. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

Top notch support and consideration of customers.

Great customer service. TERRIBLE engineering and product design. They sell a temp/hum sensor(comes with controller), a CO2 sensor, and a hydro sensor but only have 2 sensor ports on the controller...FAIL! Customer services answer..."they're working on a splitter for the sensor port." So it's a known issue but they don't inform potential customers...FAIL. Sorry ACI, you suck and I guess I do too for assuming you sell products that work like advertised.

Very helpfull and took care of every issue I had

Great Company, great products, FANTASTIC Warranty AND Customer Service! TWO year warranty on their products and they are FAST to respond to any problems. I had a unit failure with my remote on my inline duct fan 21 months after installed - 48 hours after I made contact and provided the needed info they had my free replacement shipped out to me! That is FANTASTIC Customer Service. AC Infinity is an A++++ Company to deal with.

AC Infinity have been very responsive to all my questions and have dealt with any issues promptly. I use their inline fans and ducting for my airbrushing booth and it has been a game changer.

AC Infinity does everything well. The customer service is great. They have great products. They’re well-made and they also stand behind what they sell. Great job. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thanks again.

Their customer service is horrible. My packages were not delivered I'm out 200 dollars and what does the item actually cost them to make. Stupid people making stupid business decisions. I canceled a 2000 dollor order because they are too cheap to make good on something undelivered and I can't do anything about it
Think twice before you order you may not get you package like me and still get stuck with the bill

Ashley is one Outstanding Customer Service Rep. I have been having some problems, and she got right on it and took care of everything for me. All I can say is, You Rock Ashley. For taken care of this for me.

Awesome service and response I realized I made the wrong order and they have taken care of me sending it back and refunding so I can get what I actually need, sometimes I get ahead myself lol but thanks ac infinity

Above and beyond customer service and satisfaction. I was in a pickle. Support answered my email extremely fast and ensured I was a satisfied customer.

The AC Infinity representative was Vanessa she was very knowledgeable and helpful and called me back and stayed on the phone with me until problem was resolved.

AC Infinity has genuinely great customer service. I’ve run into issues with their products before, but only after a lot of use. Every time something came up, they handled it quickly and shipped me a replacement within just a couple of days.

Worse customer service ever company doesn’t care about its customers only cares about the money they can extract from them. Greed on full display. If you do have any issues don’t expect to be treated with anything but GREED.
