AC Infinity Reviews 

Didn’t receive a controller with AC Infinity IONFRAME EVO3 I received today. Customer service was very helpful in having a controller sent to me. I’m very happy with the quality of the Infinity product. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because of the missing controller. Sometimes these things happen, unfortunately. But, the quality of the product and the fast and helpful customer service, leaves me with an overall positive regard to Infinity products. I will continue to purchase Infinity products and will recommend my friends to purchase these products as well.

Ac infinity is a top notch company! Customer service is amazing and very prompt. I bought a tent from them and was amazed by the quality. Now it seems like I have to buy everything they make. lol.

I had a problem with a unit purchased via a reseller, but I received prompt and professional support service!
Within a couple of days the problem is solved, and I am definitely very happy.

I called the day I found out that part of my shipment was damaged. They were closed, so I reached out by email. I got a timely response the next morning by email from Lauren wanting to help solve the problem for me. Later, I got a return call in response to my call the night before. What more could a person ask for? Later that same day I received an email describing the missing pieces I needed with a new order number. Very pleased with the quality of products and my experience with customer service. Very satisfied customer.

Andre helped me with my T7 Humidifier issues. He was clear, easy to understand, and extremely patient with me. I’m very grateful for his help and for AC Infinity’s service overall.

The problem was resolved, and I'm looking forward to getting my setup back on track with the replacement T7. AC Infinity honored its commitment, and I’ll definitely continue looking forward to more innovation from their line. I really value that AC Infinity has such strong customer support. Purchased 2 CLOUDLINE S8 fans to use in a corsi rosenthal box and the fans have been great for this air filter setup. After a year, one of the fans started squeaking, sounding like it was off alignment with the speed slowing at times like it was rubbing against the side. Took a video and shared with customer service asking if there were any maintenance solutions and they helped work out a solution. Overall, great product and great customer support. 5/5

This company isn't good at anything except influencer marketing.

They're trying to be the Apple of grow equipment but they don't actually have the engineering standards of Apple.

Essentially every product they make is just rebranded Chinese gear at a premium price.

The customer service is completely useless and it's obvious they employ boted reviews to try and mitigate actual negative reviews.

Absolutely amazing service. My AC Infinity product wasn’t performing correctly, so I let AC Infinity know and they replaced it free of charge. 10/10, would buy from them again.

Absolute best customer service anywhere… 3+ years later, and they’re replacing my damaged cloudray s6 fans. All I had to do was reach out, and prove the damage, and i had a shipping confirmation for a gen 2 2-pack.

For what it’s worth, AC Infinity is easily one of the best options for indoor gardening I’ve found. I have a few tents from various companies and AC tents are great. I’ve only had to use customer service once and it was easy and fast to get a replacement. I would recommend them to anyone looking to try growing plants hydroponically indoors. I do plan on getting more items as needed in the near future.

I have an ac infinity fan and filter for years and I've never had any problem at all with it so I changed everything I've got over to ac infinity my tent light I went with the evo3 for a 2x3 I know it's more then I need but I really like the bar design with the 69 pro controller with the humidifier and the 4 inch fan and I'm going to get a dehumidifier next personal I think they have really neat stuff all the way thank ac infinity and if i ever get a bigger tent set up I'll go with another ac infinity evo6 (ps) I have emailed them theyve always emailed me back within 24 hours and answered any questions on if i was going in the right way thank you ac infinity team 😀
