Hassle free support is on the website, that statement is a joke! My issue is still not resolved and from the looks of things the item I returned is lost.

Top notch products and just as great if not better with their customer service. My oscillating cloudray fan stopped oscillating. I emailed them. They emailed back within a couple minutes. All I had to do was take a video of the problem and email it back to them and a couple mins later another email I received with a new fan on the way. Ac infinity is the best.

Amazing customer service had issues with 2 of 6in ac infinity fans they sent replacement asap everything I buy from now on will be from them

We all know that equipment will fail, and having a good support team to diagnose and fix problems is key to a business's success. Every instance I have had to communicate with AC Infinity has been a very positive, straightforward experience, with results that do not hesitate to take care of the customer. Keep up the great work!

Kenny took care of my ratchet rope for my grow lights issue right away and already sent replacement part on its way to me!!!!! Would highly recommend doing business with them!!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

Absolutely horrible company! Their servers go down for 3 days, kills personally 2 of my grows and 100s of others. No public announcements, not even a we are sorry. Then when people complain or ask questions on their public media pages, they get deleted and the user is banned.

Further more. Their customer service is a complete joke!
When trying to ask questions about a setup suggestion they have given you, they just back track and tell you to buy the bigger model when they cant answer your question and on top of it all, wont even tell us the stats of the models!

"I would like to inform you that the hydrone 5 is designed for the size you currently have. Now it’s capable of pulling moisture out to hit below 50% RH in principle, especially if you dial in the right settings and control it intelligently. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out."

Me:

Can you be more specific? Once I have the hydrone 5 I will have a full AC Infinity system, including an AI+ controller.
Week 6 of flower specific for example?"

AC:
"Based on your setup, I would recommend canceling the order for the Hydrone 5 as it may struggle to perform effectively in your environment. Instead, the Hydrone 7 would be a better fit since it offers more powerful moisture control. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the cancellation."

Nothing but product pushers that could care less about helping anyone. Sad to say but... Vivosun isn't looking half bad anymore.

5 minutes after submitting a customer service ticket for an item that stopped working after 3 months, received a reply and was able to furnish the necessary information within 5 minutes after that to get the replacement product in transit. Fantastic experience, fantastic company.

Nick was very fast and resolving where I was not getting my order on my account because I was doing it under a guest. lol thank you so much again Nick and AC Infinity

Ashley the customer service representative was very helpful and she sent a replacement right away. It was a very smooth and positive experience. They have my continuous support and we will be doing business in the near future.

⭐ 1 Star Review – AC Infinity Terraform 8

I purchased the AC Infinity Terraform 8 climate control system and unfortunately it has been a very frustrating experience.

The unit freezes up and becomes completely unresponsive, and the buttons stop working. I sent AC Infinity multiple videos showing the issue happening on three separate occasions, clearly demonstrating that the system is malfunctioning.

Instead of replacing the unit or offering a reasonable solution, their response was that I need to purchase a brand-new unit first and ship the defective one back so they can determine if it is actually defective.

That policy makes absolutely no sense.

As a customer, I already spent a significant amount of money on this system and provided clear video evidence of the problem. Requiring me to buy another unit just to prove the first one is defective is unreasonable and puts all the burden on the customer.

For a company that markets itself as a premium grow equipment manufacturer, this level of support is extremely disappointing.

The product may work when it works, but if you run into a problem, don’t expect an easy resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Terraform system or their warranty process.

My light went out during my grow and customer service was great with replacing my broke light

I won some grow equipment from Highigan, my favorite streamers and one of the fans clips came broke, once I found the info they needed they pretty much instantly processed and shipped my new clip. Im pretty sure it was broken in transit so I dont blame ac for anything, I am super pleased with my tent, ai control, light, exhaust and fans they all seem to be of high quality and easy to install. A/C Infinity will be my go to grow equipment supplier from now on. Thank you.

I love the line of ac infinity products, and when I encountered a problem with my fan they were easy to contact and helpful in diagnosing the problem.

Had an issue after a year of use and they honored their 2 year warranty no trouble at all!
