I had ordered some fans from AC Infinity off Amazon and they were a little bit defective. Nick, the agent that took care of me was prompt and handled the issue and they stuck to their warranty without any issues. That is why I will always choose AC Infinity.

I received a heating mat, Suncore A5, from AC Infinity and plugged it in to start my germination. Upon doing so, I heard a buzzing noise coming from the heat dial. I tried plugging it into different outlets and changing the dial settings. It continued to buzz. I contacted AC Infinity late in the evening, and within 24 hours, I did not just receive a reply, but a replacement order had already been put in place. Desire with AC Infinity immediately took care of the situation and also without hesitation said the dial should not be doing this. This interaction alone will have me being a continued customer for AC Infinity. A brand that stands for quality, and customer satisfaction. I am very happy with their customer service.

AC Infinity has the best customer service by far!

My recently purchased T5 was showing signs of performance issues last evening. This morning I reached out to both Gabriel and Ashley and they both went above and beyond to have a replacement device sent out within an hour. I'm not new to ACI, however, when I do have any problems, which is usually rare, I know I can always count on ACI staff to follow through with advise or assist in fixing the problem as fast as possible. I feel like I'm their only customer and it feels great.

I’m really pleased with AC Infinity’s support - not only was it easy to reach a live person, but they were knowledgeable with their product, ran me quickly through some troubleshooting, and sent a same day replacement while their IT team sorts out why my original unit isn’t working properly. It was easy to submit my warranty claim on the website and they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement unit.

The branding is to the roof, product feel quality and good looking.

However I had a negative experience related to reliability. I purchased a rackmount 2U fan panel, which worked a bit shy of 2 years overall. Before the end of the 1st year, one (out of 4 fans) stopped working, they gradually stopped working one after the other, lasting less than 2 years.

For the premium they charge, I was expecting at least 5 years of longivity.

I hope they improve their product quality, they look great but can't purchase again since less than 2 years really make this product unaffordable and complete e-waste. Thank you for your time.

Went from not posting negative product reviews on their site, to scrubbing reviews entirely off their site. Their equipment is overpriced low end trash from china, their controllers are programmed with limitations that make absolutely no sense. Their UIs plug is a fire hazard. When I wrote them to inform them that their product was a safety hazard, their response was essentially "plug it back in and prove it."

Horrible, dishonest company with very mediocre products.

The service and support provided by the agent was above and beyond, my appreciation is great, once again AC Infinity shows why they are the best, not just for cultivation supplies, but as a business. You are what other companies should strive to be. I will always use your products, as they are excellent, and your support is unmatched.

Terrible products which break down rapidly, they wont last the warranty period then you’ll need to scramble for replacements mid grow and do RMAs, you can’t function like that. My lights died in 14, 9, 8, 16 month spans. I’m done with these jokers, shop with a real brand not some profiteer goofs selling china trash.
