I ordered a family tree for my mum with the grandchildren names on for Christmas but didn't realise I had missed one of the kids out. I got straight in touch with The gift of happiness to see if they could help. I got a reply very quickly from Alex and he had given me options which were great. I followed the link and once they opened after Christmas I got another message saying the named heart was on its way.
I cannot thank them enough with their speedy reply and made me feel a lot better. Being in contact constantly set me at ease to get it sorted. My mum is so happy with her family tree, she just needs to know where to have it on her wall. I would recommend to anyone to order because getting the reply put a massive smile on my face, especially my mums. Xx

Perfect gift for my 15th wedding anniversary! The product I received is very well made and it looks AMZING! I as well love how well it was packed and the tracking information provided.
I had to contact the seller due to the product shipping from UK to USA and Alex was wonderful. Very responsive and pleasant to speak to. Customer service is top notch! He worked with me to get the product created a timely manner, I also received a preview of how it was supposed to look like and a request for a final approval prior to shipping. I was amazed of how detailed and thorough the process is. Alex and his business really care for their customers and stand by the quality of their products. Great from start to finish-kept in touch-there was a post issue (not sellers fault AT ALL)and she/they were quick to assist and it's lovely!!!! So pleased and had a small error I caught (and did myself) and they were quick to fix it when I realized my error. Couldn't be more pleased.

I bought a heart map frame for my husband and I’s anniversary. They were very responsive and helpful when I requested a small change after they sent me the preview of my order. They made the change exactly as I requested. The shipping was quite fast for an international purchase, and I got the gift just in time. I found the perfect gift for my wife's 4th wedding anniversary, 4 little maps printed on Linen, it came 2 days before expected dispatch date, it was extremely well wrapped and looks perfect.

A gift of happiness makes amazing products. The frame I got for my wife for our 5 year wedding anniversary was perfect and she loved it. They answered any questions I had and were rather quick responding. I highly recommend them.
