Lee was brilliant came on time got straight to work and replaced thermostat and receiver ,
Really nice guy . House now nice and warm highly recommended.

I have just had a marvellous experience with Lee from AllGas he was professional and very customer focused.
He new his job end explained everything in plain English to me so I feel I’ve been involved and understood the problem
I have used AllGas before and every experience has been positive.
I’m only sorry I couldn’t give them a 10 star rating.

I highly recommend both companies.

I have encountered All Gas a few times as a subcontractor through Hometree. A straight forward boiler service has been ok, but if your boiler needs parts, each time there has been a long wait (up to 2 weeks). Other providers carry these parts as van stock or can access in 24hrs. At their most recent visit their engineer failed to isolate the hot water to my boiler in the loft correctly. As a result we had a significant leak through our property causing extensive damage to landing and kitchen ceilings and water damage to wallpaper. Despite an apology and assurance to work with me to rectify, after approving a quotation for work they have failed to pay just under £1,000 for work. Over 6 weeks no payment and complete silence not return any calls or emails.

Always received good annual boiler service from Andy at AllGas North West. Also very friendly in listening and resolving any issues

Dean was very professional and knowledgeable as an gas engineer,
He arrived well groomed in uniform, company van was immaculate. He wore shoes protector for carpet, he was respectful of my home.
He resolved the problem with the boiler timely. He was so kind and patient to give me some basic maintenance tips around boiler and central heating.

Dean is a great representation for all gas north west ltd, I would definitely reach out to this company for my future gas heating situations.

Lee who came this morning was absolutely brilliant. So polite and talked all steps through with me. Absolutely fantastic!

Dean arrived and introduced himself. Clean and smart appearance. Explained what he had come to do. Was courteous and respectful of Our Home. Boiler serviced. All Good. Left everything clean. Highly Recommended.

Called my boiler insurance, PlusHeat, yesterday afternoon as I had no hot water. Lee & Jack were fixing my boiler by 9:15 this morning and I had hot water by 9:45 :)

Friendly & polite; happy to answer any questions I had; and no mess left - will use again (hopefully I won't need to though)!

Really happy with the service we were provided! Lee was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. He quickly did the service on our boiler and checked over the fire for us to make sure that was all ok and safe. We recieved the certificates straight away as well which is great as we needed to provide these to our solicitors so there was no delays. Great service, I will definitely be in contact to use again in our new home!

Dean was brilliant fitting our new kitchen tap. He's very friendly, professional and helpful. Dean cleaned up after himself and wore shoe covers inside the house. The booking process was easy and we got an appointment straight away.

The booking process was straight forward. The office staff were friendly and helpful. When Andy the engineer arrive he meticulously checked the boiler. Found the fault and rectified it. All in all a very professional company.

First point of contact was a lady called Kath who was a delight to speak to. She ensured a time was made suitable for me. Then Dean came to service the boiler. Again very polite and carried out the work cleanly and happy to chat as he went along. Recommend this company highly.

For the second time in 2 years they have called the day before the scheduled boiler service to advise that they would not be able to carry out the agreed service which is far from great if you have booked the day off work especially for their visit. As a follow up i spoke to Plus heat who i have got my boiler insurance with and they spoke to AllGas North West Ltd again who then promised to service the boiler as originally scheduled only for them to call on the day of the service to yet again advise that they would not be able to do it....BEWARE

Dean came to fix the problem he’d identified the previous week.
Turned up promptly and set to work to fix the issues. Turned out that what he thought would be a simple enough job was made harder due to some recent work that had not been carried out correctly. He diligently went through all the wiring and eventually found the fault in a recently installed hive.
He was very professional and assured me he would find the fault which he did.

Lee was so helpful, got straight to the cause of the problem and sorted it.
Tidied up after himself and gave us some really good advice too.

Excellent service. Andy called ahead, was punctual, friendly and helpful. He got on with the job without delay and tidied up well afterwards. Highly recommended.

Dean was great. He called to let me know he’ll be 30 minutes. He explained the issues with my boiler, took pictures and did a thorough check. He then showed me the issue and what he did to rectify it. He was pleasant, polite and professional.

The company I’m with sent AllGas North West Ltd,to service my boiler.Dean came he was polite and friendly,and knowledgeable when I asked him questions.
Dean gave my boiler a thorough service,and he looked in the loft at the Flue.Afterwards he checked the gas meter and did a pressure check,everything was working fine.I hope next year my company choose AllGas,it would be nice to see Dean again.
