Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for scarves on sale for $11.50. The order showed a total of $23.00. When I hit "place order," it charged the regular price of $49.95 to Paypal. I immediately tried to contact AlpacaMall to cancel, and they told me it shipped five minutes later, and refused to cancel. As a repeat customer, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will never buy again...which is sad, because the products were good.

La poste française n’a pas livré les Ponchos commandés à AlpacaMall. Le service client de la société a tout mis en œuvre pour remédier immédiatement à ce problème, proposant spontanément le remboursement ou la réexpédition des ponchos. Ceux-ci sont maintenant arrivés, aussi beaux que prévu. Je conseille cette société, non seulement pour la qualité de ses produits mais aussi pour son écoute de ses clients et retournerai Y faire des achats pour faire plaisir à mes proches.

Great product and very comfortable to wear. Since there is still quite a lot of cold days ahead this beanie comes at a very welcomed time. Great customer service also because USPS lost the first package so the situation was corrected in a timely manor. Great job Ms. Vargas!!

Favorite Christmas present for 16 year-old son
I went out on a limb and bought a poncho for my 16-year-old son for Christmas as a surprise. He loves it and wears it a lot. He likes the way it looks and also how warm it is. It was his favorite Christmas present.

Excellent quality. EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
I ordered a hooded poncho. The one I really wanted was sold out, so I ordered my second choice. I'm very happy with the quality of the poncho, so much so, that if the other is restocked I'll buy that one too because my husband wants the one I ordered.
There was a shipping/delivery issue with my package so I reached out to AlpacaMall via the website which provided a contact link if you have any problems. It actually worked!! An actual person promptly replied that same evening! That's unheard of now-a-days. They were onboard ready to help solve the issue every step of the way. If it had not been for their quick response I'd still be stuck in the delivery folks customer service "loop" dealing with the automated and online machines without a hooded poncho. Thank you AlpacaMall!

Make sure you read all the terms and conditions as you will not get your money back if the item is faulty or to small or big.

Lack of communication, sent several emails just to find out where my order was.
It took from Dec to Feb and still no refund.
Reviews show many people with same problems.

Ich habe vor Weihnachten einen Poncho bestellt, und im Voraus gezahlt.
Doch der Poncho kam nie an. Laut AlpacaMall sollte es per Amazon kommen, laut der Email per DHL.
Ein Bestätigung der Lieferung konnte man mir nicht zeigen, und man zeigte sich uneinwillig den Auftrag zu stornieren, bzw. mir den Poncho wirklich zuzuschicken.
Das riecht sehr stark nach Betrügershop! Bezahlt unbedingt erst nach Lieferung!

I ordered a sweater as a Christmas…
I ordered a sweater as a Christmas present for my wife because according to the AlpacaMall website it could make it in time. We received it five days after Christmas, the size was not XL that we ordered, but Medium, and the wool was not alpaca. I sent two emails to AlpacaMall asking how to return the item. They did not condescend to reply.
