very uneven quality and styling
very uneven quality and styling. Some things are wonderful; others are awful. I've gotten some absolutely wonderful scarves and sweaters and some just terrible sweaters. One style was wonderful in one color and terrible in another. you really take your chances. You have to be very adamant about returns. I have ordered probably 10 things from them but will not order again.

Place a order Nov.19,2020. It was not shipped by Nov. 24 as stated by alpaca mall and arrived in December. I did not receive it. I’m no longer at that address. I have sent message after message to alpaca mall.it’s 9 months later and have still not received my order. Fed ex called me a couple months ago stating they have my package but have not received anything. Will never order from them again as they keep telling me fed ex delivered it to me in Dec.

Unfortunately FEDEx tried to deliver your package multiple times but the address you provided was incorrect. The package was abandoned after 30 days in your country since no one claimed it. Now we cant recover it since it was not our mistake and it was your responsibility to answer to the shipping company and claim the package in a timely manner.

things are still screwy
things are still screwy they sent me another sweater after the incident with trying to return the first order (for an X-L ) instead of a Large...and the returned sweater got lost in Customs....which I got all the blame for..
The second sweater sent to me was STILL THE SAME SIZE (LARGE) so I sent a photo of the sweater with the size marked Large.. Then, they sent me a third sweater...with NO size marked on it..but it appears to be X-Large... Clearly, this business is full of chaos although they were trying to make good out of bad...

As we said in your last review we tried to help you in many occasions you decided to ignore our instructions and returned the package to Bolivia without authorization, if you had filled our RMA form, as we asked several times, you would have received an address in the US to return your package, after the package was lost and we have never been able to track it.
We shipped a new sweater in the correct size a few weeks ago even though you ignored the instructions to return a package.

I have purchased 5 poncho's when they had gone on sale prior to my move to Latin America. They are of high quality, though I was a bit surprised some were blends and not 100% Alpaca, or seemed machine made. In all though, high quality, nice colors and details.
