i ordered a poncho for my brother in law for christmas. it arrived very quickly despite the pandemic, was well packed and the wool was excellent quality. Will definitly buy from them again

I ordered a sweater for my DIL for Christmas and even though it was sold out at the moment I received it in lots of time for Christmas. It was beautiful and good value for the money

I ordered an Andean sweater for my adult daughter. It came on time for her birthday. The sweater is beautiful, bright colors, very soft wool. She’s always cold and this sweater was perfect for that, light weight but very warm. I’ll order another one for me soon!

Not bad at all. Just rough n itchy. My mom washed it in woolite for it to smell great and feel softer. We are from the same country that the garment was made and can attest it is official. It was def quality material as stated. Happy with it and wear it for the kids. They love it.

Bonjour. J'ai reçu ma livraison trois jours après ma commande. Les produits sont correct et bien chaud. L'épaisseur du poncho m'a paru un peu fine au déballage, mais il est bien chaud (testé pendant les 15 jours de moins 7 en France ces jours derniers)

Ich habe bereits 4x seit Sommer 2020 bestellt, mit jedem Poncho und Pulli bin ich sehr zufriden, die sind alle schön und sehr angenehm zu tragen.
Die Lieferzeiten waren unterschiedlich, aber aus Bolivien ist es normal. Ein Poncho dauerte lange weil extra für mich gemacht wurde und die erste Herstellung klappte nicht, musste nochmal gemacht werden. Es lohnte sich zu warten...

Dear Trustpilot People;

I am gladly submitting this positive review of my recent shopping experience with AlpacaMall earlier this month.

My Order 545130 on February 6, 2021, was the third Alpaca wool poncho I ordered from AlpacaMall. I was delighted with the first two ponchos I ordered for myself in October 2020 and wanted to order a burgundy one for my Son as a late Christmas present.

I mistakenly thought my initial online order did not go through and submitted my order again. February 7, I received a response from AlpacaMall stating my first Order 545130 was being shipped. Later that day I received a response from AlpacaMall stating my "second" Order 545133 was being processed. I sent an email note to AlpacaMall requesting they cancel my second Order 545133 as I only wanted one.

I immediately received this wonderful response from AlpacaMall -

"Hello Dan,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, we were not able to cancel the second order and it has been shipped.
We will be happy to accept the return of the package once it arrives to you and give you a full refund for it.
Regards,
Gabriela Vargas"

February 11, I received Order 545130. When I opened it to show my Wife what I ordered for my Son she said, "That's BEAUTIFUL." (She loves burgundy. She restored a 1966 Camaro and had it painted a very dark burgundy. Her fingernail polish is dark burgundy. She loves burgundy.) I told her I had mistakenly ordered two ponchos and that AlpacaMall offered to refund my return of the second one. She said, "Oh. I'll take it!" We agreed on that arrangement.

About a half-hour later, I realized Valentine's Day was in two days, so I went back to her and gave her my Son's poncho as an early Valentine's Day present. She immediately put it on. She looked GREAT in it. She wears it all the time. She loves it.

Saturday, February 13, the second poncho arrived. I wrote back to Gabriela Vargas and told her the story about why I no longer needed to return the second poncho and thanked her again for offering to help me return the "extra" poncho.

On February 18, she wrote me -

Sunday, February 14, 2021, I was able to give my Son his burgundy Alpaca Wool hooded poncho, and he LOVED it.

My mistake ordering my poncho twice worked out better than I ever could have hoped. And I thank Gabriela and AlpacaMall for a TERRIFIC shopping experience. I will be back to order from them again, and I promise to be more careful submitting my next order.

The customer service is non-existent. They were supposed to ship out items after 1 day of receiving the order. No shipment even after 3 days. There is no way to contact them. Tried email twice. No reply! Don't think I will recommend or return to them for any future purchases
Edit 1 - Posting after an hour of getting a reply - No the order has not shipped yet. I did not get email either. You still haven't addressed the customer service problem. Why are you listing non-working phone number in your website?

Edit 2 - This is regarding the quality of the products. Everything is of very poor quality considering the listed. You cannot wear this in public. One month later 2 sweaters I bought are already unusable. Look elsewhere people.

I am following up a a negative review I left earlier. I did indeed finally get an exchange on a scarf that I ordered, that was not as shown. I exchanged for the gray alpaca scarf, which is nice, however decidedly shorter by several inches of the “132cm.” stated by the photo on the site. I have decided the way to buy alpaca clothing is to make the trip!

Very speedy delivery, I bought 5 jumpers and they are all very good quality, super warm and soft

Excellent poncho, attractive, warm but light, and beautifully made. A poncho is great for keeping off the chill without being restricting.
My old one was 40 years old, so my wife was relieved to see the new one arrive.

The product was exactly as it appeared and of very good quality. Shipping was unexpectedly fast.
