Poor Customer Service…
There was a very long time between placing the order and delivery. I had to chase it up and it was only then that I got told there was a delay with the beads being used. It was disappointing to have to chase to get that information. Poor customer service.

Tiny and flimsy
My husband ordered one of the initial necklaces for my birthday. I was surprised to see how tiny and flimsy it was, not at all as the pictures represented it. The letters can hardly be seen. We are raising this with the company.

Great product, Terrible EU shipping process
I absolutely love the products and customer service were so great but shipping to EU has been such a problem, I have had to pay double the price for customs , it’s stuck in Greece with very weird confusing process's to release it , so whilst I would love to buy from them again I think it’s not worth it if you’re outside the UK - it’s way too expensive and complex - I am not even sure if it will reach my friend who I bought it for

I'm so sorry to see that you have had issues with the international shipping. The duties and taxes should have been calculated for you and displayed at checkout underneath the shipping costs for transparency. If this wasn't the case, please let us know. Since Brexit, shipping to the EU from the UK has definitely not as smooth as it used to be so I am so sorry for this inconvenience. Although we cannot directly contact the Customs teams, we will always chase the couriers on your behalf.

Perfect gift. Exceptional service.
My daughter saw the piece in Liberty’s in London but we were strapped for time so I looked it up online and ordered direct when we returned home.

Beautifully well made, dainty necklace. Absolutely love mine and the adjustment i needed was completed in less than 2 weeks and back with me. Definitely recommend for something you can personalise and keep forever!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I contacted the company as the product I wanted was out of stock, and Sam was incredibly helpful. She assisted me in placing the order straight away and made sure it was dispatched in time for my friend’s birthday.

Extremely happy once again with a purchase from A&G: they expedited delivery of the diamond necklace I ordered; the birthday girl was absolutely over the moon with it, and it was such a pleasure to give a beautiful high quality piece that I know she’ll enjoy for years to come.
Outstanding customer service and well made gorgeous jewellery from a female run brand full of heart.

I received as a gift a beautiful necklace with my initial on it. The necklace I wear everyday (I don’t take it off). It’s extremely hard wearing and I use perfume shower gel etc, it’s still looks the same from when I received it. Keep up the great work. Michelle

Highly recommend Aurum and…
Have bought a few pieces from Aurum and Grey. All of them stunning and very stylish. On two occasions, the chains have snapped (I'm quite heavy handed). Each time, the team and A&G have dealt with the repairs professionally and smoothly. Clear communication, fairly priced repairs and perfectly repaired items. Can't fault them.
