Excellent quality product!
Excellent quality bar stools at a reasonable price, but the delivery was a little slow. Would definitely recommend buying from them, but you may need to be patient.

Very slow delivery service
I ordered 2 bar stools on 10 April and, paid the extra $20 for top priority to get my goods placed up the order list . You advertised 7-14 days delivery at the time. After waiting 4 weeks I emailed your company and with a prompt email back the next day was told you were very busy and you would look into it. Mean while you were still advertising the same stools with (plenty in stock) for purchase on Facebook. I then I waited almost 2 weeks for delivery,
I feel 6 weeks with paid priority is unexceptable…

Slow to dispatch
Placed an order on the 7th and paid extra for priority dispatch. I assumed this meant I would be treated with higher priority as I could see from other reviews that they were slow to dispatch.
I emailed on the 14th as the order status had not updated and they said they have a high backlog of orders to process. Fair enough, I kept waiting. But on the 20th I still have not had an update that my order has been dispatched. I was getting frustrated. What is the point of paying extra for priority dispatch when it would take over 2 weeks (and probably longer) to have my order dispatched. And who knows how long delivery would take.
I ended up cancelling and ordering elsewhere as other sites had the exact same item anyway.
2 stars as customer service would reply to my email within 24hrs. But this is such poor service in this day and age where customers do not expect to wait over a month to receive an online order.
If you are not in a hurry then by all means, order from this site. Otherwise be prepared to wait a loooooong time to receive your order.

Over month and my order has not been dispatched.
I made my order well over a month ago and it has yet to even be dispatched. I have contacted the company only to be told it is a 'busy time', and as I didn't pay extra for priority shipping, it would take longer for my goods to be dispatched, so much for free shipping! This company was quick to take my money and I have no indication that I will receive the goods. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Update:
I FINALLY received my lounge. It was easy to put together and quite sturdy. The product is good. Dealing with this company was not. Their communication towards me felt very condesending. If you expect the free delivery that they advertise, be prepared to wait months for delivery. 3 stars because the product was good. Service was not. I have updated my review because I did eventually get the goods. They can keep their offer of $50 off my next purchase, because I will not be making one from them.

Long delivery but good quality
Ordered a set of barstools and they took over 2 weeks to arrive. Quality was fine though, just not very timely in their delivery

They stated 7 - 14 day delivery and after 14 days responded to my query by telling me they were busy and it could take up to 14 days before despatched. Shockingly inept and most unsatisfactory.

Good value, quality furniture and excellent customer service
What I saw on the internet is what was delivered- a sofa bed that was good quality, well made, correct colour, and simple design.
It is straight forward to put together too, with easy-to-follow directions
Clariza at Support was easy to deal with and very responsive and ensured it was delivered before the day it was required
I would shop there again. It was a pleasant surprise to get exactly what I expected, as this is the first time I have purchased furniture over the internet.

My google search for the perfect bar stool lead me to the Bar Stool Centre!!
I came across the Bar Stool Centre in my search for bar stools. They were by far the best value compared to their competitors. The bar stools I bought were a fantastic price, came with free shipping and very easy for me to put together by myself. I get lots of comments on how lovely and comfortable my stools are. Purchase of Hall table
Be upfront about the delivery process. Product advertised as free delivery, then after payment made was advised of extra charges relating to delivery timeframes. Be more prompt with advice on estimated delivery. Was not given an expected delivery date after 3 weeks and I had to contact company to obtain delivery information.
Very happy with product when received. Package was excellent, no risk of damage.

While we do offer free delivery on many products and locations, some delivery upgrades or timeframe-related options can vary depending on the item, courier and postcode. That said, we completely understand your point and we’re always working to make our delivery information clearer before and after purchase.
And yes, you’re absolutely right about the name. We may have started with bar stools, but we’ve definitely grown well beyond them now. Hall tables, dining chairs, outdoor furniture and plenty more have snuck into the family.
