Engineer Mo arrived on time , was very polite asked me various questions then got on with servicing boiler.

Great service, feel I can trust them.

Last Fri, I had my annual boiler service done. From the booking of the appointment, a couple of timely reminders, the excellent work and professional attitude of the engineer to the final service report, all was done very efficiently. In the past when requiring emergency work done, the company responded brilliantly.

The engineer who put my new boiler in worked very hard in my house I can’t find a fault with his work he treated me with respect and my house is recommend your company for putting my gas boiler in

Usual 5 star service, good notification on when the job was being done and engineer arrived on time. Service carried out and gas certificate supplied almost immediately.

Engineer somehow managed to break the shower after testing it, despite it being used twice that morning before the visit, this company are refusing to replace and have palmed us off to the council. Absolute jokers. If you break something YOU are liable to fix it. 3 days of calling your office to get an update on the situation, 2 days i was told i would get a call back from your manager and no one ever phoned. Terrible customer service, would not reccomend to anyone.

To reply to their comment below. The council came to do a site visit yesterday and have confirmed the original inspection was not done correctly, after testing, the shower was not put back together properly and has damaged the shower. A new unit is being fitted and BRB will be getting the bill from the council, as they have deemed it to be at fault of BRB. The BRB engineer told my partner there were no issues before leaving, no paperwork was provided and no report was issues against the shower. So, after his test of the shower he has clearly not tested it to see if all was working as it should. The same way he never tested the plug sockets in both bedrooms after he finished what he was doing, because my partner had to go and find him in the street to get him to come back in and sort whatever he had to. This is nothing but incompetence. Keep an eye out for that council email with the bill you will be due them.

On time, tidy, knew exactly what he was doing and polite.

All explained fitted and installed in less than a day.

To a man we had approx 7 men on the job. All were super efficient and if I ever bumped into any of them again I would treat as a friend. Which is not what I say about most tradesmen. BRB should be pleased with them all. Nothing was a bother and they all went above and beyond which was extra special. Couldnt be more pleased. 3 weeks without hot water and heating the BRB Bhoys and Boy resolved all my problems. This is my best ever and most honest Trip Advisor review ever. Thanks again BRB. Boiler service completed. The engineer arrived on time, was efficient and courteous.

Have used this company since 2017 and have always been satisfied, not only with the office staff who are always pleasant and helpful, but also the various engineers who have restored my heating after a few ‘blips’ caused by severe weather. Annual services on my boiler are carried out efficiently and all the engineers doing these actions are also pleasant and mannerly.

Great service and plans that take the worry away from expensive repairs. Always available and arrive on time . Great customer service and friendly engineers

I've been with this company for 4 years now. It offers competitively priced Service Plans . The Admin staff are friendly and helpful and so are the Engineers.

Been dealing with them for 6 years after they installed a boiler they are always on time and had a problem with boiler William Martin and his apprentice the dog whisperer came out but referred fault to Worcester as boiler under warranty who came out next day great sery

Have been a customer of BRB for over 7 years. They put in a completely new central heating system and have serviced it every year. Their engineers are always prompt, professional and I know I can rely on them.
Would highly recommend them.

Very efficient gas and electrical engineers

BRB were a fantastic company who installed a full heating system in my mum’s home. They kept us well informed of every step of the job. Heating system appears to be excellent, no issues noted at this time All of the work personnel that visited mums house from start to finish were helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend BRB to others.

Send you reminders when your due a boiler service,on the day of arrival they send you a message time of arrival
Receptionists on phone are so lovely.
Engineers even ask if you want them to remove their shoes.
All in all a great company
