BRB installed new heating system and boiler 4 years ago. Installation was well planned, workers were excellent and respectful, whole job handled exceptionally well. Since then, I've had my boiler care plan with BRB. Only had to call them once as thermostat control wasn't working, they attended following morning, great service. My annual boiler service was carried out on 7th January as planned. Representative was punctual, respectful and explained everything he was doing. Great service, fabulous customer service at all times and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had used BRB for boiler maintenance for our old house so when we needed a new boiler and other works for our new house we went straight to BRB. Excellent service and highly recommend. So happy with them that we got them to install PV panels shortly thereafter. Have recommended them to others.

In connection with Warmworks BRB have just installed a new central heating system comprising of a new boiler pipework and radiators and t99k away my creaking old system. The new central heating system is fantastic so much more energy efficient and warmer than the last. I can say that BRB provided an excellent service...well done!

Had Graham attend today for annual service, was kept updated of appointment time and approximate arrival.
Graham was very friendly and completed service professionally. Great company to deal with.

Annual boiler service. Engineer arrived promptly, explained everything clearly and carried out the service.

The installers worked like machines they installed a completely new heating system including new pipework and boiler across a 3 storey home in just one day I was so impressed, the standard of work is excellent and they left the place very clean considering the major upheaval to do this while furniture etc is still in the home. All the installers were friendly and extremely hard working.

I had a gas boiler and fire alarms (heat alarm and smoke alarm) installed by BRB Limited , through the Warmer Homes Scotland Scheme. The service I received was highly unprofessional and unsafe.

During recent renovation work, I discovered that all the fire alarms installed by BRB Limited had been switched off since the day of installation, putting my family at serious risk. Even the alarm in the kitchen, where the gas boiler is located, was turned off. This is completely unacceptable for a service meant to improve safety.

Additionally, the engineer left a mess behind. I found debris from the boiler installation behind the washing machine, and he left my home with dirty carpets, grease-stained wallpaper, and silicone residue on the outdoor decking. After contacting the company, I received no response whatsoever.

I cannot recommend BRB Limited, as their service was both negligent and irresponsible. They failed to deliver a safe and professional job, and their lack of accountability only made matters worse. I would advise anyone considering their services to think twice.

Incredible service, the guys did a fantastic job, it was a super hard job, with all concrete floors and stone walls, but they were friendly & helpful, also I had injured my back, and they kindly moved my fridge freezer and tumble drier back in place for me, which was a massive help.👍

The engineer that carried out my yearly check was one of the best. I think his name was Graham. Extremely helpful. Thank you.

BRB installed new heating system today work was excellent Alistair the heating engineer was was brilliant , his work was clean very neat and no mess. The electrical guys were also excellent. Would never hesitate to recommend BRB

I can only agree with the previous reviewer .A very professional service ,from the original survey through to completion . It made a major upheaval as stress free as possible .

BRB Heating Ltd installed a whole new heating system in our home .
The workers were pleasant , informative and extremely hard working .
It was a big job with a new boiler , radiators , underfloor piping and smoke and heat detectors fitted.
We went out for the day just after 8am to give them space to work and came home at 4pm to an excellent completed new heating system
They went through the install with me and showed me how to operate our new system .
We are really happy with both our new system and the service that BRB Heating provided.
Their staff are a credit to the company .
