I phoned late last week to organise service visit which was arranged for the following Tuesday which suited us. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the engineer, he took his shoes off as he came into the house and once I showed him where the boiler and meter was he completed the job without needing our help with anything, no hassle.

I could not fault anything when the guys supplied a full gas central system. They arrived on time, did an excellent job in good time and left my house with no rubbish for me to dispose of. They were patient with any questions I had due to poor eyesight.

Everything is quick and easy to arrange and there are regular updates right up until the engineer is due to arrive. The boiler inspection was carried out by a pleasant young man who answered my questions and explained things to me. I have always been happy with the service and will continue to use it.

Had a young man attend my council house safety check he was on time got down to work after getting to know my dog, He was professional explained everything even some of my stupid questions. Tidied up as he went and replaced everything he had taken off for the check I sat in my living room, and he asked I turn computers down/off, which I did. This young man is a credit to his trade, very polite and when he needed to tell me something always knocked before entering the room.

I was very pleased with the whole installation. The team arrived on time and did an impeccable and tidy job of installing the boiler, flushing the system, and fitting new radiator valves. I would highly recommend this company

As a council tenant I was informed by my landlord that my house was selected for another "Electrical Installation Safety Check" as it's refered to, I've had one previously done by the same company BRB Heating Ltd a couple of years ago so I knew what to expect.
The electrician operatives that run the check on both occasions have been very polite and professional, efficient at carrying out the procedure and always keep me well informed about the work they're carrying out

Great experience with genuine people

Terrible company they installed a new gas boiler and radiators in my house and they left some mess. As soon as they came in they where trying to get me to go out for the day when i was unwell. They left holes all over my wall in the kitchen the out pipe hole is to big there's a huge draft now and in the livingroom they put a radiator where the door was I can now no longer close my livingroom door the floorboards are all a mess in the livingroom and hall some are in bits with the apprentices slaming them down in a rush trying to finish the job. The system they installed has had nothing but problems from day one.

Prompt, courteous, patient and efficient visit from Mo, heating engineer, to carry out annual service.

The guys that came to do the work were excellent very helpful and got on with the job that was completed to a very high standard would highly recomend

The contact on times to start and finish the work was always exact and they kept me well informed. The house was left remarkably clean, you wouldn’t have known work men had been in. The quality was excellent and the guys were professional, friendly and helpful. Great job. I’d definitely recommend them.

BRB installed a new heating system, including underfloor pipes, raiditors and an efficent new boiler. I was very delighted with the system! The service was very high standard and very professional. The workman arrived right on time, cleaned up after themselves and kept us regularly updated during the day. They were hard-working and efficient. Would reccomend BRB 100%
