Jo was a great agent. Cairds was the third (and going to be the very last) we had listed our house with.
Right away, Jo and team were proactive. She listened and created a really high quality brochure to which we made very few changes. Jo targeted the right clients who she knew would be interested in our house.
I'm pleased to say that Jo managed to secure a buyer very quickly who was solid and really loved the house, succeeding where others had failed.
Jo kept good lines of communication throughout the process, which ended up being quite protracted and difficult. She built up a good relationship with our buyer and the other agents in the chain and kept it all moving.

The most dreadful experience with Cairds in Epsom. They rented me a large house that was infested with silverfish. They said they were unaware of the issue and christina the manager said she had never visited the property so wouldnt support me with the landlord who was a dishonest man. I had to vacate the property soon after moving in due to the extent of the infestation and the landlord not only refused to refund the months i had paid in advance but also lied in order to keep my deposit. There was no help or support from cairds and i would never use them again. I advise to highly avoid them! They do not care about you once they have your money and protect rogue landlords.

Would unreservedly recommend Cairds when looking to buy a property. Oscar and other staff I also met in-branch were all extremely helpful, proactive, professional and friendly.
