Ordering was fast and easy. Delivery was next day and the equipment setup was fast and easy. Testing of the system took only a couple of minutes.

Think Very Carefully! It is a YEARS contract, so, if your relative doesn't like it after a month or so, HARD LUCK! We have discovered that the hard way, ordered one for my mother, but she took an almost instant dislike to it and wouldn't be persuaded to keep it, after only about 6-8 weeks it was all returned, now I have been informed that it's in the Terms and Conditions. The same is if they die. Ridiculous.

The telephone sales person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and the package was delivered promptly . As advised the set up system was straight forward.
The only downside is that my mother is claiming to find the wristband cumbersome but we are hoping that she will soon get used to it.

I tried to order it online, numerous attempts, couldn't do it. Phoned twice, was told it must be due to web browser I'm using. Tried on 3 computers, didn't work. Phoned again and eventually was told was due to a fault on their side. Tried the next day, on the phone. They couldn't do it either. Was told they'd phone back, but didn't, so called again. Finally managed to have it ordered. Next day received an email that phone number of user was missing, even though I gave it to them. All in all, it was a palaver to get it. However, delivery was swift and on time, and careline staff on phone were always very nice and friendly.

In general things have been really good, however your website kept crashing at the very last bit and I had to go back and redo the form several times

Having read the reviews for Careline24 I decided to purchase a wrist device for my Mother who had recently had a fall. The delivery was quick and it was a simple process to register the key holder, just a quick call to the Helpdesk. I haven't given 5 stars because, as of yet, we haven't needed to use it and hopefully it will remain that way. It is just nice to have the reassurance of someone at the end of the line should my Mother fall again.

In general terms our experience has been ok.
The negative aspects have to do with installation. We were VERY disappointed to discover that engineer installation, as described in all your literature is not available at all.
Your literature states that installation is extremely simple, however the 'simple, easy to follow instructions' that came with the system proved to be anything but easy!
This was exactly why we were looking for engineer installation!!

I was disappointed a engineer could not install it for me I understand its to do with COVID 19 crisis at the age 85 yr I struggle a bit .I was going to recommend it a 90 yr plus Iady but she would not cope ,other than that is very good service very good response when I tested the fobs and the main unit.
