I ordered my wedding dress from cocomelody and it was everything I dreamed of and more! This time I ordered fabric swatches for bridesmaid dresses and you can bet I’ll be buying the dresses here too once we choose a color. I’ll be returning to coco for every single dress need in the future!

NOPE. Never again, I'll make sure none of my friends ever consider them either.

Crooked back seam, by 2 inches, very noticable because of the beading.
Bulge in the backside of the fitted dress.
Arm seams tight around the outside, loose in the back between the shoulder blades, looked floppy and sloppy.
Side seam on hip bulged out on the right side, woudn't lay flat without being altered. The fabric had so many layers around the midsection and hips was so thick, it feels like a diaper is wrapped around my hips and waist.
RIP on the inside of the dress.

Cost me $500 to alter, and even though I didn't ASK for anything from Cocomelody in return, all I got when I notified them was excuses about "slight alterations" being needed even with the custom sizing. As if all THAT constitutes slight alterations.

Oh yeah, this is AFTER paying for custom sizing.

To top it all off, they REMOVED my review from their website.

They were so nice when taking my order and getting all my info via email, but as soon as things went sideways they became less and less helpful, and started giving me "canned" responses

Also, the dress shipped nearly 2 weeks late.

Terrible service after they've taken your money.

Would definitely recommend CocoMelody to friends and family. If your doing a wedding on a budget then this is the place to get your dress. Customer service excellent.

Love my dress! Great quality and it fit like a glove (got it custom made). The quality is comparable to something you would find at David's bridal for $1000 so save your money and buy from Cocomelody

The fabric is amazing!!!! I have tried on, and actually purchased other wedding dresses.. this is the same IF NOT BETTER!!! QUALITY 😍 There's small sequins all over that make it sparkle like a dream. Small beading as well which I wasn't aware of, but it suits the dress well. Originally CWVT15002 comes with a low back zip up closure. I'm planning on losing some weight so I paid a little extra and had the zipper changed out for a corset back! 🚂 The train is amaze ballz. Pics below!! I make-shift tried it on (without the corset tight) and it seems to fit perfect. The only issue I'm having is mom boobs, with a dress that wasnt built for that. But I'm sure a good sticky bra and some lifting will be fine! The dress has some weight to it, but it's not super heavy! Has a tule lining over satin lining. Both seem good quality as well. I didn't add a bustle because I was afraid of the lace tearing had it been cheaper lace, but I'll add that now that I'm aware of how good quality it is! Top has boning in it, but not a lot. The Sheath Column style hides a mom belly well y'all. I was so scared it would hug in the wrong places. The straps don't really stay up, but I've seen that in other reviews.. again sticky tape will do! The corset seems to be strong, I didn't yank on it though 😂The only thing I was a little upset about is the string for the corset is sewed poorly. I'm sure it will hold but it's all crooked. So I'll probably have to purchase another one locally. Such a minor thing on a well prices dress though, I can't complain.

All in all I'd recommend this dress, and my experience highly! 👍👌

Experience was fantastic, the twan contacted me when they noticed id ordered a petticoat in a different size(a mistake I'd made) and helped me fix it. They were wonderful to deal with and I cannot express how much I love the dresses I've purchased. The quality is amazing! I cannot praise them enough.

Everyone was so helpful if I ever had a question and responded back very quickly. My dress that had custom alterations and a neckline and sleeves added to it and it turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend Cocomelody to every soon to be bride!

Fantastic quality and great communication

Coco melody made my whole wedding planning experience feel magical. My dress was super affordable easy to order fast shipping and most important it was beautiful with high quality fabric. The detailing was stunning and I embroidery on the train is something that everyone still talks about a year on from our wedding. They have staff readily available to chat. Awesome company definitely recommend them xx

Be prepared to lose a lot of money if it’s not The One!! The dress, although well-made is cheap and not how it looks in pictures. It was also very small despite me taking measurements and ordering to the correct measurements. It took a lot of effort to persuade them to refund the dress, and then they take off the price of shipping from the refund even if you’ve qualified for free shipping at the point of purchase. After finally agreeing to a reduced refund, I had to pay for shipping from the UK to Austria for a 2.5kg dress, which is super expensive! It’s not worth the hassle or money, don’t bother with this company. I’ve learnt my lesson.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress and paid a lot less than bridal stores. It was great quality and beautifully made!
