Worst insurance ever I don’t recommend at all please be careful they just scammer when you want to renew the don’t answer until you run out they will charge you double please don’t trust them im with them for 2 years first year was 1675£ and didn’t answer my phone until the last day they told me you don’t have a choice you have to pay 3380£ and for this year i call when 28 days left they told me they will send me email and i got now when 12 days left left I don’t wanna same thing happen now they wanna charge me 4160£ but i understand now i have 12 days left so I am looking for something else please be careful they are scanner

not even one star 0 stars, take 5/6 days in some cases never on the mid, trader insurance demostration cover stop by the police several times because was showing not insured and i had to proof the police i have insurance but not showing on their system, they are not declaring to the mid whatever cars you put on, scum
and is headache to deal with a customer service they cannot help with nothing wait in the queue for several hours the result nothing

Mathew has been really helpful from start to finish, he made it easy to take out a policy and gave me a really good quote.

DNA Insurance are very competitive, The sales person Name (Wes Cullinane) was amazing very professional with ample of patience, he answer all my questions and queries very professionally. I was in contact with him for nearly 1 & 1/2 week and he was the same from the day 1 till the last minute which assured me I will be looked after not only when I am buying the insurance but throughout I will be with DNA insurance.

We buy and sell mainly panel vans and also chassis cabs to fit our own bespoke recovery bodies onto, DNA have been a great company no problems at all.

We’ve been with DNA for a number of years. Our business is motor trade sales and collection and delivery of vehicles. Not here to comment on the company as a whole, but to give credit to Toni Brooker (agent). Over the years she’s watched our business grow, offered valuable advice and shown genuine interest in helping us to flourish. Glad we found her, she’s a gem!!!

Been using DNA for trade insurance for 12 years. They are the best.

MY insurance was coming up for renewal they rang me up, put me on hold for about half an hour and cut me off. Not heard anything back and my insurance is running out in 2 days. Very poor service despite that fact I've been with them for years

Absolute Scammers
Avoid this scamming company, you been warned. Sold me insurance after taking details and i paid the first chunk of the premium £400 and then monthly payments after.
After checking the policy my price went up considerably and i asked why has it gone up since we agreed. Made some bull story about info missing on quote and now they added it so premium gone up.
I demanded my money back and they refused to give it.
Absolute con artists so stay well away from this conning company

This company sold me shoddy insurance under false pretenses then decided to cancel and ask for full payment this will be on me record for life also never honored my no claims bonus been report to insure beuro
