I walked in and was greeted by Mandy in your Basildon store, she instantly made us feel welcome and took us over to the new instore machine to help us and her understand the different type of mattress we needed. within 3 minutes of the machine completing its job she was right there to take us to the recommendations that were give. I asked so many question on the difference in the products and prices and she was able to answer each and every question which gave me and my wife a very good understanding as to what the benefits are of the product and why we are spending what we were. She gave us many different options to compare and gave great suggestions! She even offered us complimentary water which was a great touch! :)
She was that good that my mother ended up buying the same mattress. The transaction was procced very smoothly and quickly and I was over the moon with the amount of knowledge I was given and that she found me something in my price range (slightly higher! of course :) but we were very happy and would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family and definitely your store in east gate Basildon! Mandy was lovely and I hope she gets recognition for her customer service.

Wonderful service in store. Tony at the Basildon Branch was very knowledgeable and helpful. The order process was easy and quick. The delivery men were very likeable and nothing was too much trouble. The assembly of my bed was done efficiently and instructions on how to treat my mattress was explained. They were marvellous.

I recently visited the Basildon store in Essex as I wanted to try a few different mattresses. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable, it was a great experience and I would recommend it definitely.

We bought a bed and mattress, the purchase went without a hitch, we were contacted giving us a 2 hour delivery time. They arrived on time, were polite and efficient and we were extremely satisfied.

We were greeted/ acknowledged the moment we stepped into the store which was lovely. We were left to have a little look and then approached and asked if we’d like any help. We said we knew the bed we wanted but may need help with the mattress, so we’d have a look round. Both Harry and Tony interacted with us politely and were really helpful. No pushy sales but on hand. They were balancing several customers of all ages and did it well. They were great with an elderly couple too which was heartwarming. Both really knowledgeable with all the products. Couldn’t fault either of them. We didn’t intend to buy on the day but they were so helpful, talked through any concerns we had and gave us plenty of options, then assisted with narrowing the options down to find the right mattress to go with the bed we’d chosen.

Team arrived on time, brought bed items upstairs then proceeded to assemble bed, done very speedily and removed all packaging and old beds from property

Harry (who helped me with my purchase in the Basildon store) was fantastic. Walking into a bed store with all the options is a little overwhelming. I had a vague idea of what I wanted however he was an enormous help and I ended up totally changing my mind based on his input and the dreams sleep analysis (which is a great idea).
He was super patient and took me around all the relevant beds. There was a really good selection available and he didn't put on any pressure at all and simply gave me the facts and options to make my decision. Excellent salesman.
The purchase process was quick and simple and delivery date sooner than I though given shortages of everything recently.

Great service in the Basildon Dreams! Tony the store manager was really helpful in helping me select another mattress after I made him aware of my disastrous attempt with another supplier. He was patient and kept checking on me whilst I was sampling a few selected mattresses and eventually I picked one with his help. He was knowledgeable and even showed me the springs inside the hybrid I was selecting.. so I could see exactly what I was purchasing and could walk away happy! He even helped me with a super speedy delivery date, which was amazing 🤩

The salesman Ross was very knowledgable on the product we were looking for, which made our experience pleasurable. He made us feel very welcome. He dealt with everything from start to finish very professionally.

An absolute straight forward purchase of a mattress which suits both my Husband and I needs after watching the video on the specialised mattress technology. We were not pressured into purchasing any particular budget, all price ranges were offered, the purchase transaction was straight forward, with lots of communication on delivery. The delivery drivers were helpful and pleasant, thank you for a great service, we are very pleased with our bed and mattress

Purchased a nice mattress for £1050 after a visit to dreams store in Westgate, Basildon, UK

Staff were attentive, friendly, hygiene conscious and helped us get a mattress that was right for us.

Management could work on streamlining that process as it took a while to complete with me left holding my credit card while data entry took place.

Delivery was great. Hope post-sales and delivery we continue to be happy with purchase for next 5 years or so.
