I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They did not force themselves on us and also pointed out the good and bad points of some of the products, with respect to our needs

Really pleased with my purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had. Delivered as promised and the delivery team were excellent. Would recommend.

Fantastic service
When I contacted the store the people I awoke to were polite and helpful. When it got close to the delivery date I got a text reminder. The day before I received a text informing me of the drivers name. On the day of delivery I received my time slot and the driver rang ad requested when he was on the way. The delivery went smoothly and the bed was put together professionally and they also showed me the new features and how to use. All in all a great experience. 👍

The staff were friendly
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us space when we're trying the beds, but were close enough to notice when we had questions.
They explained the process from purchase to delivery, the trial period and aftercare available.
We have now got a mattress the is so comfortable I don't want to get up.

Very bad customer service. Not said all upfront. Hidden charges applied and not disclosed all upfront. Very disappointing!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Initially made a visit to the store before Christmas enquiring about a new mattress.
Was given excellent advice from the exceptionally helpful Carl. Returned after Christmas, where again I was served by Carl, following a few more questions, I made my purchase. Never once did I feel pressured or given the hard sell from Carl. He was extremely pleasant, professional and clearly knowledgeable about the products. Was extremely patient and never once made me feel I was being too picky or wasting his time. He was courteous on both visits, offered tea/coffee each time. Now looking forward to taking delivery of my new mattress and free bundle of bedding. I’d like to say a huge thank to Carl and the other members of staff who were very helpful during both visits. They’re a credit to the company. Definitely recommend. Claire

Basingstoke Dreams store .
On entering Basingstoke store a polite enthusiastic welcome .The process from start to finish , with Sales Team Member Maddie being very helpful and a great guide to my Mattress purchase and the Delivery Team also great polite and helpful . A phone call well in advance notification of time off delivery and were on time . Very pleased overall .
