Friendly knowledgeable service at Dreams Basingstoke. From using the Sleepmatch mattress matching machine to testing each of the recommended mattresses in turn, and the final purchase, Chris had a friendly demeanor and was able to answer all our questions and add more information on top. We were treated well from start to finish and now happily awaiting delivery of a new mattress. Thank you Dreams, and Chris in particular.

Good being able to talk various options through with Carl as we needed a specific mattress for my father. Very easy to deal with, good communication throughout the process with the order being delivered exactly as stated. No delays, excellent customer service.

Dreams have much better quality beds than other bed shops for cheaper price. About five week wait but depends on the bed you order, some were far quicker. I paid extra for the set up which means they made the ottoman bed and took all rubbish away, bit expensive for £99 was really worth about £50 as didn't take long but even so didn't feel hard done by. Was kept updated about delivery and called with half hour to go to say on the way which is really helpful as don't have to commit a day to wating. Chaps that put up the bed were very nice and respectful of property. Sales team were really nice and friendly in the Basingstoke store and not pushy which I liked. Very knowledgeable, would defo purchase again from Dreams. Bed is amazing as well.

Very good all round service at every stage

The delivery driver phoned and asked if it was okay to come at the earlier time. It was great as I did not have to wait to long, when they came they were so polite and remover their shoes to put bed together and remove packaging and old mattress was all done in about 10mins was so impressed top job . The bed and mattress are so comfortable.

A couple of months ago I went to buy a new bed and mattress. I knew what I wanted and had a good budget but didn't know which mattress to buy. Carl showed me the bed style I wanted then set up the SleepMatch Machine. I tried the mattress based on the Sleep Match recommendation. and chose it. I waited for the delivery date. The installation and removal was done within an hour. All within my chosen timeslot. Since then, I have slept so well. No waking in the night with aches and pains. Getting up in the morning, feeling rested and ready for whatever the day holds. Great service and the bed of my Dreams

This mattress is amazing, so comfortable and a world away from my old worn out one. It gives a brilliant sleep and also is very warm. Recommend !

Friendly and welcoming service with no hard sell. The Sleep Analysis machine was really great and all staff at the Basingstoke store (especially Carl) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
