Very good service from the staff in my local shop, very helpful with my requirements for mattress, pillows etc.
Delivery was at a time suitable for me and the emails giving time slots and delivery men informing me 1/2hr before arriving. They were both very helpful and tidy. Top marks for them.

The whole process of purchasing a bed frame from start to finish was easy thanks to the knowledge of and the politeness of the staff, they where very polite and friendly the moment we walked in and the delivery team where very polite and helpful.

although the mattress was expensive we are glad we bought it

Visited the Basingstoke store, was greeted by staff immediately, asked what I was looking for (mattress, bed frame, both, pillows etc). I was offered to use the instore bed measurement thingamabob which determines what type of mattress best suits my sleep composition. The staff showed me round 6 different mattress. We then looked at bed frames and talked about what I want out of my bed (height of bed frame, wooden or material, types of storage etc). I was given time to think and told that I could be given a quote and was under no obligation to purchase today.
I did however purchase, including paying to remove my old bed and mattress and for the new one to be put together too. Delivery was only 7days later so no delay. I was very pleased with the service provided from the in store visit to the home delivery. Great work throughout.
