I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They did not force themselves on us and also pointed out the good and bad points of some of the products, with respect to our needs

The Team at Kempshott
The Team at Kempshott, were amazing, not pushy, left me to choose the bed i wanted, made me a cuppa, while filling in paperwork & doing the delivery details. Really happy from start to finish. The manager even let me offload the cardboard packaging back at the store, as the recycle bins had been removed from around Basingstoke. What a star!!!

Great service from knowledgeable salespeople
Was free to browse the store before being asked if I needed any help. Was then able to try the sleep machine to determine the best mattress for me.
Was given pillows to try out my preferred mattress. Moved my mattress of choice to the bed frame I chose to see what it would be like.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer.
Quick transaction to pay for mattress and sign up for interest free payments.
Got 2 free pillows thrown in with the deal which would usually be £198 so very happy.
Had the mattress for a couple of weeks now and sleeping so much better.

What a dream service from Dreams!
It's the hardest thing chosing the right mattress and you can try many till you find the right one. Fortunately we got what we wanted straight away thanks to the fantastic staff at Dreams, and so far so very good. Delivery was prompt, helpful and the guys were so friendly.

Great beds! Amazing service!
We bought 3 different items three different times and Carl Stephan the branch manager at Basingstoke has been very kind to explain us all the details everytime, we’ve been to other places and not found someone who can spend much time to understand our requirements. We had a great experience in Dreams - staff were super helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to use the Sleep Match machine which helped us choose which mattress suited our needs best. Couldn't have had a more positive experience, and we left having bought the mattress of our dreams!
