We would recommend Dreams…
The very helpful and friendly staff helped us to choose our new bed. They explained everything well and let us try out beds found suitable to our needs after trying out the computer bed that helped to get us a perfect bed. They let us take time not rushing us into anything.

Matt at the Burnley store did a fantastic job in sorting out a mattress for me. It all went exactly as planned and the mattress is a dream to sleep on. I personally went back to the store to thank him.

Everything is great
I really love this company, they delivered my mattress today for my daughter and the delivery guy was really respectful and polite
This is the second time I've purchased from this company now and the only reason a buy their products, is because I trust them coming into my family home
Their mattresses are also good but everybody knows that anyway. I will be buying a another mattress next month

Was offered a discount of £15.00 but…
Was offered a discount of £15.00 but according to actual invoice wasn't given it at all.
Asked for an afternoon delivery and was told a few days before that it would be in the morning and given no option to change.
Mattress is already showing indents after sleeping on it for only a week!

Good products
Good product, good instore service and delivery but when I needed to get in touch with customer services it went down hill. I tried calling them for a week but always kept on hold and they didn’t respond to an Email.that poor service let me down and would consider shopping elsewhere when we need anything else

we had no idea what type of mattress we needed but on entering the shop in burnley we were greeted by pleasant staff who were extremely helpful . we were given the opportunity to use the bed analyser to see which mattress best suited us .
