Bought a mattress after laying on a special machine which said would tell which is most suitable for me ...It was the most uncomfortable one ever purchased, has now given me dreadful back pain.. tried talking to store, then customer service Emma who was most unhelpful , unwilling to listen and kept repeating same thing..i get one exchange, which i'd already been told by store that they didn't have a softer alternative.
Been denied a refund even though only had it 2 days.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE THEY DO NOT CARE ONE DROP ABOUT CUSTOMERS..
Now sleeping on sofa or take painkillers.
ALSO DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT IT WILL NOT LET YOU.

We visited Dreams showroom in Canterbury following visits to other stores in our area. On entering Dreams, we were impressed by the vast range of mattresses on display. The salesman was helpful, polite and knowledgeable and in no way pushy. We took our time trying many beds and were helped in making our decision by the salesperson. A most pleasing experience , We look forward to the delivey of our mattress.

I would highly recommend the sleep match service, it made our buying a new mattress so much easier with the recommend selection. The staff were excellent and knowledgeable, the store was spacious which is a high priority in these current times.

Excellent service. On time, polite. Took care to cover their shoes and carefully took the mattress upstairs and removed the old one.

The store associate Frances was amazing. She was very helpful and chatty and advised mattresses based on what I liked and my price range. She helped me find a great one and helped me order it seamlessly. Thank you!

We shop at the Canterbury dreams store whenever we want bedroom furniture.
There is always a greeting on entering and no pestering while you’re browsing, which means so much. Yet there are staff on hand to answer questions and they are always knowledgeable and friendly.
We were able to find what we wanted to purchase and compare prices and comfort with similar products.

Bed shopping is not something I particularly enjoy, but James made it simple and hassle free. An informative young man who may well be in sales, but was never pushy.
If you need to buy a bed, I'd highly recommend visiting James in the Canterbury store :)

Went to the Canterbury shop and were assisted by Richard. He was extremely friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and really took the time with us to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Highly recommended!

Visited the Canterbury store to buy a spare room mattress, didn't want to spent a lot so Beasa showed us where the sale mattress' were and offered us drinks and was very attentive. He was very quick and informed when completing the purchase and made the entire experience very easy. Thanks

We used the latest technology to decipher which mattress most suited us and got so much more than expected from sales person, Richard. He seemed very knowledgable and more than happy to help us in what we needed.
Well done Dreams, we will definitely be returning once we decide on the product size!

After using the Sleep Match Machine, this significantly narrowed down our options which allowed us to choose the bed that was ideal for me and my partner. The Staff at the Canterbury store were very accommodating and efficient with showing us their products, answering our questions and organising purchase and delivery.

Very impressed with the service afforded me from Dreams, throughout the whole order and delivery process. A very competitive price for my double mattress, accompanied a thorough examination of my requirements via you computer operated "sleep pattern" analysis. Knowledgeable staff, and clean / safe sales areas, befitting with the rules of Covid 19. Excellent delivery service; - very rare to experience a Two-Hour delivery window, and to be kept informed as the delivery time approached. First class delivery team. I would certainly employ DREAMS again !
