Impressed
We got fantastic service at the Canterbury Dreams store. From exploring what mattress would be suitable to finding an amazing pillow that my neck’s been searching for for years! The staff were knowledgeable but not pushy and spent time with us. I didn’t have a long wait for the delivery either. Basically, I’m in love with my new mattress and pillow! Thankyou.

We visited the local store not fully aware of what we wanted, the young lady on site gave us guidance and was very helpful in making our decision. Delivery time was short and fitted in with our requirements

High recommended - Canterbury
Richard from the Canterbury store was friendly, knowledge and great with the children too! He showed us straight to the mattress we had seen online and then suggested we tried the sleep match machine (great experience). He wasn’t pushy at all and helped us find what worked best for us. All the store staff were friendly and chatty.

The staff were extremely helpful, talked me through what was available and listened to what I needed. I they made the process of buying a new bed very easy and kept me informed of prices while the decisions were made. I was given time to think and decide and I feel happy with my choice

Reassurance re returns policy if needed.
