Pillow then mattress purchase
Jackie was extremely helpful, understanding and patient. All the staff were helpful& informative.
Everything was clearly explained and I was given ample time, without being pressurised, to try out both the pillows and mattresses.
In fact having bought a pillow I went back to see about mattresses!

The bed is gorgeous, delivery guys were really helpful and the bed was easy to assemble. The adjustable twin double is amazing. Finally a great nights sleep!!

Good product
Good product, easily assembled, better if you've got some decent tools to use instead of the ones supplied. Communication from store and delivery drivers excellent. Maneuvering in our old cottage not easy but delivered to room with care.

Great Experience. Wonderful Sales Person
We visited the Exeter/Alphington shop a few weeks ago. It was quite busy yet our sales person Joe H was incredibly focused, personable and seemed very honest and knowledgeable in terms of the product! We also enjoyed the technology that selected the right options for us and we had fun trying out all the suitable mattresses. We bought a mattress and look forward to receiving it very soon! Joe was instrumental in helping us understand and make our final decision. He was not overly salesy either but knew what he was doing.

A Dream team for a second to none experience!
Great customer service at the shop with Rob who was very knowledgeable about the products. We only had to wait a week for our daughter's bed, which was truly amazing and the delivery guys were also very friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. So a big thank you to the Dreams team!

Very good experience in the Exeter showroom. Was in there for about an hour and was not rushed at all. Our order was delivered within a week. Excellent delivery service. Kept up to date on the day.
