The help that Fiona from the Halifax…
The help that Fiona from the Halifax store gave my husband myself on purchasing a new bed, she was fab and did not pester, she left us to potter and seemed to be just there when needed.
To top it all I lost my keys we found them in store but Fiona and a man who was there were fab!!! Also made us both a drink Brill service .

A job well done .
The delivery men were very good and polite ,put on shoe covers ,took care not to damage any of the walls or doors. They disposed of all the rubbish and removed the old bed frame and mattress.
as arranged and explained about the guarantee on the bed and when to turn the mattress. All done with the minimum of fuss and very quickly .

Friendly and polite
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were not too ‘pushy’. Our new bed was delivered on time and put together by two polite gentlemen very quickly. I bought a new mattress elsewhere but when I asked if they would unbox it and put a n the bed it was no trouble for them. All packaging was taken away.

Silentnight Mattress
Delivery on time & very helpful lads, who carried the mattress upstairs & placed on the bed for me. They also carried the old mattress downstairs & put it in the garage.

In store colleague was super and helpful, helping me Choose the right mattress for me same couldn’t be said about delivery driver 🙄. Was quite abrupt and said he couldn’t take my mattress up stairs without knocking all my pictures off the walls I said he’d be ok and offered to move things and I was told no you’ll put in a claim against me. I told him I wouldn’t and then he said I’ll have to bend the mattress in half and if it breaks it’s your problem. So not the best customer service. Kind of took the shine off getting my new mattress

Brilliant service at Dreams in Halifax
Brilliant service at Dreams in Halifax. The staff are really helpful and have great product knowledge. The store has a wide range of quality frames and mattresses and, for a small fee, they will even recycle your old bed so you don't have the hassle of trying to dispose of it. Highly recommended.
