There was plenty of choice of mattresses to suit everybody. The Service from staff was very good and attentive. When we were advised on which type of mattress that would be best for our requirements We are very happy with our mattress so no complaints whatsoever.

They did what they were expected of over and beyond better than the first delivery

Very friendly staff, well educated in beds and mattresses easy to find. Quite expensive in the end but now that I have had it for nearly 2 months it's the bed bed / mattress I have ever owned. I don't ace no more when asleep and I actually have a really comfortable sleep.

The welcome shown from the moment we entered the store was quite remarkable, and the genuuine experience and knowledge shown was of the highest order. We are convinced we have mad a very sound investment in a new "Tempura" mattress and additions, all due to the expertise of "Fiona". Very well done, "Fiiona" is a credit to your organisation.

Excellent service and value at the Halifax store. Offered a drink whilst browsing for a new bed. Good range. Very polite and friendly and helpful staff. Cannot find any faults with the store.

Really helpful, genuine and knowledgeable staff. Great products in store and amazing technology called sleep match, where you lay on a bed and you are scanned and a computer works out what type of mattress will best benefit you.

We were served by Fiona instore, she made the whole process very easy and was highly professional. Our purchase was a bed for our daughter and Fiona made her experience very pleasant, and in turn mine!! The aftersales service was also fantastic, overall very easy process.

The sales assistant (Fiona) was great she has a wealth of knowledge and really knows the beds and mattress’s she’s selling.
The show room is nicely set out and not cramped with to many beds.

We went to the Halifax Dreams store to try out a mattress we'd found online. We were greeted warmly upon arriving, given water (I didn't even know I was thirsty until she gave me it - that's good customer service!) And helped find not only the mattress we'd found, but similar products that suited our needs. I am often anxious around sales staff, but this colleague made me feel completely comfortable and in control of my purchase and she was knowledgeable and helpful and not only did I leave with a more expensive bed than I came in to try, but I still feel that the decision was the right one and that I had been helped with expertise and information, rather than coerced into an upsell. Also there were a good selection of beds of all types, even ones on sale, but it was the customer service that left me feeling happy about my visit

Very satisfying experience. Got what we came for and had a lot of good friendly advice whilst making our purchase. Couldn't have been better.
