Excellent Service from Kam at White City Retail Park, Chester Rd, Manchester
We had a fantastic experience at the store thanks to Kam, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products, helping us choose the perfect mattress without any pressure. Kam made sure we understood the delivery process and aftercare, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store for top-notch service!

Far from a "DREAM" experience.
"My Review is based on overall service from Dreams experience, not the store of purchase."
It has definitely not been a DREAM experince at all after having spend money on 2 mattresses with 8yr guarantee, could not get through to customer service for days to swap for bigger size and when managed to, was charged £65 which was a different version of info on company website and what was given at the store at time of purchase. Website has too much info and in different places making it hard for a customer, and it doesn't marry with that given at the store because everyone have their different interpreted version.
Just too confusing to dream of revisiting to face the same hussle or refer anyone.

From the shop to the delivery I have to say I wouldn’t chose a different shop, it took me a year to find a bed I wanted for my girls, they love it, thank you Liam and Shawn for fixing my daughter’s beds and the guitar, I am very grateful and thankful. They were so polite and on time they contacted me day before and on the same day, wearing protective covers on their shoes, presenting themselves really good. I just can’t complain really, happy costumer and I know in the future if I need anything I can go to Dreams.

Excellent tempur mattress which is starting to resolve my back issues/ sciatica after just one month. Most importantly, the mattress absorption prevents my restless sleeping from waking up my wife! I’m not even restless anymore - it’s so comfortable.
Katie was really friendly and chatty, which helped to ease us into the purchase.

Lady at the Manchester store was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (and the coffee was great too!).
Delivery was made at the appointed time in Leicestershire. The crew also assembled our bed for us. They were friendly, helpful and clean.
