Very pleased with the bed base improved sleeping even

The sales lady was very helpful and did not hassle us. And advised us well on our purchase.

Correct product delivered on time and courtesly delivered.

Purchased a bed frame and mattress from Dreams Orpington. Very pleased with it. Although they were busy, staff informed us we were next, and we didn't have to wait long.
Special thanks for Nandita, who served us. She was very knowledgeable, and got us the perfect bed.
Would recommend.

Utter nonsense and unprofessional team. Ordered on 1st December 2025 . One of the product is with their lined up manufacturer and even after 8 weeks haven't received them . No clear delivery plan. poor professional approach. They give delivery time with extra hours to be kept in hand and they do not turn up on the said time. You pay to get poor service and delivery. Call their customer care and you are in a loop as they don't have any solution to give if you order from dreams and that belong to their lined up manufacturer. Better to get a good carpenter and get it done and then buy a mattress or try other company with better delivery service. Will definitely not recommend DREAMS ever.
I have done the payment and on the list of delivery now. Once you paid and bought the product then they don't care with delivery anymore. Multiple mail exchange and calls with dream customer care- you only get to hear that they will come with a new date. May be 2027 i guess. Avoid on all cost any product from DREAMS. I hope Trust pilot keeps this review . Happy to share all proofs with TRUST pilot for the authenticity of this review. I can see a reply below but never received any calls.

Your store staff, we’re very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time, the staff who put the bed together, were polite and helpful, they cleared up all of the rubbish and took it with them

The staff at Dreams Orpington were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the various matresses on display. My purchase was made easy and straightfoward. Delivery was within a couple of days, and the delivery team kept me informed and were on time too. I can recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy a bed or/and matress.

The bed is beautiful however a slight glitch in the delivery but the driver took it to the room in the end. But we did have to put it together ourselves that was not easy !
Bought a bed from a local company too who did free delivery and assembly !

Courteous service at the shop and later as delivery was changed

The sleep machine helped me make my purchases with complete confidence and Nandita was thoughtful, efficient and kind, helping me make informed decisions.

The sales lady was very professional and clearly knows dreams products. She provided my son with a number of options and let him choose what he wanted. The bed we chose was of very good quality with a comfortable firm mattress and headboard to match the bedroom. We didn't have to wait very long for the delivery and again we were given a number of options involving some promotional discounts discounts which saved a few quid and took away the old bed and mattress. The delivery team were punctual, friendly and polite. Very happy with the bed we bought and the service we received.

As I walked in, I was met with a lovely lady, Natasha, I believe. Full of smiles and very welcoming. I was prompted to lay on a bed that would measure how I laid whilst sleeping and help me to select the right mattress for me. As I laid there, I was offered refreshments. After a short stay on that, she walked me around the shop to show me what she thought would be good for me. Eventually I found one that was perfect. Then it was down to business to pay for the mattress I had selected. There was no rush, even though the shop had now become very busy. She explained everything, from finance, through to the delivery and what to expect.
I could not be happier with the exemplary service I received and the time and effort put in to make sure I was a happy customer. I would definitely recommend the Orpington branch and if you're lucky enough to be greeted by Natasha, I'm sure you'll walk out very happy, just like I did.

I recently purchased a mattress in store that was delivered 6 days ago, that has remained in the original packaging in my hallway and we decided that we wanted to return the mattress, only to be told that as we had purchased the mattress in store rather than online, we have no right to return it!! So, if we had purchased the mattress online, we would have had 14 days from the date of delivery to return the mattress, but if you purchase in store, BEWARE, they will not allow you to return full stop! I think it is an absolute disgrace and I’m not even sure how that is allowed, or what has happened to my consumer rights - this was also not disclosed to me at the time of purchasing the mattress. Scammers! Now stuck with a £1,500 mattress that we don’t want or need!
