From the moment we stepped into dreams we had time to browse we were not pushed into anything everything we wanted to know they explained in detail very impressive when we ordered every step of the way we were informed and delivered on the time they said it would be.

Great service plus nice coffee!
From entering the store to leaving we received a wonderful and friendly service from Lauren.
She showed a great knowledge of the products. We were placed onto the sleepmatch and it found the best match for us both. We also tried two mattresses that were recommended together with the pillows.
During this procedure we were offered several hot drinks which were very welcome.
Would recommend Dreams to friends thanks Lauren for your help.

Speak to Natalie!
I found the process of finding a bed very stressful...until I met Natalie.
The team at Solihull are lovely but Natalie comes out on top. She's welcoming, kind and knowledgeable.
She went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted and was professional and patient throughout. She even stayed beyond her working hours to ensure my order details were correct.
She personifies great customer service.

I recently purchased a mattress from Dreams in Solihull. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable but not overbearing. They encouraged me to try various mattresses and this made it easier for me to decide.
When it came to delivering my mattress the fabulous service continued. The men kept me informed of delivery date and time and were friendly and professional when they arrived. They arrived just when they said they would they were very careful taking my old mattress out and bringing my new one in and the whole process took round about 10 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dreams to anyone they were excellent from ordering to delivering my wonderful new mattress.

The young lady at dreams knew everything about the mattresses and with her expertise we have luckily had 2 great very comfortable mattresses.

Great customer service I have…
Great customer service I have Parkinson’s and the lady was so friendly, patient and helpful helping me on and off the beds and even carried my handbag until we found the right mattress as well as being very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I love my new bed and my mattress and i honestly can say it’s so nice to beable to sleep when you are so so very tired and sometimes in a lot of pain to get into a comfortable bed and actually sleep! So Thankyou to lynne the lady that served me! You’re a star!

The service was outstanding from start to finish! Our in-store experience was great.
