Fantastic mattress my beautiful wife and I have been enjoying it for 10 days now I wish I had done this years ago.instead of buying a dormeo

Really well worth the money for this mattress since getting it have had really good sleeps which has made my life more comfortable.

From arriving at the store, the assistants knowledge, the use of technology to help choose our mattress, the price, the delivery and assembly team, the whole experience was flawless.

Staff member Dionne in Uddingston, was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The mattress she helped us choose is very comfortable and we are very happy with it and service given. We’ll done Dionne

Alec was so helpful & understood what & why we were looking for another mattress & the two guys who delivered our new mattress were also very helpful & respectful of our property which we appreciated greatly. We are completely satisfied with our new mattress, which is much easier for me to lift when making up our bed. Much better for me than our last mattress, which we also loved, but due to our health problems, needed a lighter weight mattress to make it easier. We were very happy with both mattresses & the service we received.

Our experience was made easy with such helpful staff. Mattress is perfect for our child. Didn't force us into making a decision there and then, let us go away to get correct measurements and then come back to store.

Customer service was absolutely appalling. Went into to look at the start of the week and found the bed we wanted was over £4000 . We had one sales advisor with short black hair which had myself and my husband confused about the price where she gave inaccurate information time and time again when we didn’t understand ( as she WAS not making any sense) we asked her to check prices of the adjustable bed which we needed a super king but Twin the bed price had come down by 25% when we worked out the price she was adding in pillows telling us they were free of charge added Ito the total cost but then when I kept asking 5xs WHAT IS THE BREAKDOWN PRICE she couldn’t answer she only gave the smallest amount of information telling us to read the boards. Which was stressful as we didn’t like the headboard on the current bed . So she told us it was free to upgrade then added another £1000 onto the price which then went to 5700 and couldn’t and WOULD not break it down for us to decide after we asked over 7xs we even asked her to write it down as I have a brain condition and needed something to fall back on and make sense of . She’s saying to my husband I mean why are use not understanding what the price is. Very very rude disrespectful and had me in an extremely stressed state which adds to my brain condition and causes me internal pain that SHOULD NOT be happening going shopping for a bed ! Horrible shop !! Never be back or recommend any friends of family. That is you lost close to £5000 and a loyal customer which u have caused undue stress to.

I went in to dreams shop in uddingston to buy a mattress and I knew exactly what I wanted a firm tempur mattress and I was not dissapointed I bought it for my back pain and I’m so pleased with my purchase.

Love my new bed, plenty of storage underneath. Love the big headboard. I opted for the build the bed service, the young guys were very polite, they wore shoe covers to protect my carpet, they took every bit of rubbish away with them, they took away my old bed & showed me the bed once they’d finished. They were respectful of my property & the whole experience was 100%. Thank you dreams.

2 men were very professional putting on their indoor slip on shoe covers which was great as I just had new carpets fitted 🙏

My Husband and I visited the Uddingston/ Birkenhead industrial estate store on the 18/1/24. We have desperately needed to replace our mattress and pillows but whilst in store we also decided to treat ourselves and ordered a bed frame too. I don’t remember the staff members name that we dealt with in the day however I must say she was a lovely woman, very helpful happy to assist with any questions before we decided on buying anything within the store. We were advised by this lady that the order was showing on the system that it could take anything up to 12 weeks, We felt it was an awful long wait however, decided to go ahead with the order. I received a call today from a male staff member from the same store advising the order will be 13 weeks from today’s date! I expressed my dissatisfaction as I have been suffering from neck and back issues as well as my Husband who has arthritis of the spine. The Gentleman did try to have a look into a couple of options but advised he was unable to help as there were no options available to do anything, Again.. I feel this Gentleman was pleasant and trying his best to help me as much as he possibly could but he simply had no options available to do anything. I contacted customer services online as there was a 20 minute queue on their telephone line. I spoke with a customer service agent named Charlotte who had no idea of any updates, I asked if she could give me a call to help her understand the updated details and I was advised she was dealing with numerous live chats and was unable to call. I asked for head office number which she was happy to give me. I called the number provided to discover it was the incorrect number given and I got no further forward.

Great experience from beginning to end? As soon as we entered the store we were met by Sheryl - 134A036156 and were able to purchase the item we were looking for! A faux leather bedside cabinet!! We opted to pick this up from the warehouse in Gartcosh as we stay nearby! This was easy to do and again staff were attentive and helpful there!
