We are loving our new base and mattress. The quality is outstanding and so comfortable. The service from Dreams has been excellent from start to finish. Can honestly highly recommend them.

We wanted a new ottoman bed for a guest bedroom. Louie was knowledgeable and helpful in our selection. Costs were clear and delivery possible within our timescale. We opted not to take the assembly option but when we found the ottoman impossible to close Louie told us on looking at photos that everything was good. Just lubricate pull hard. It works easily now.

Great customer service, started the moment we walked through the door. Kate from the Uddingston branch welcomed us to the store and offered her help. I tried the bed which scans your body and helps you to chose the correct mattress for you. Kate showed us a few different mattress options and we chose a firm mattress and an ottoman bed. The bed and mattress were delivered within 5 days and we got the delivery crew to build the bed, which they done in about 15 minutes, Jim, Dominic and Willie were great well done guys! My Husband finds the mattress really comfortable, me not so much,(hence the 4 stars) but it has only been 2 weeks. Great shopping and delivery's experience, will definitely use in future. I wanted to replace my king size bed with a double or small double. The first time I visited the store was just to get an idea of the difference in sizes and wasn’t made to feel that I was wasting time. On my second visit I was helped choose the bed most suited to me and can only say that I’m delighted with my choice. Very comfortable.

Fantastic service received from Sheryl at the Uddingston branch. Explained the different types of beds and mattresses then left us to have a look around. She was really helpful and not pushy at all. Sheryl is an asset to this bench. Can't wait for my delivery now.

5 stars all the way from the sales agent to the products and the delivery guys. Every interaction was excellent. Would absolutely recommend. Unlike some competitors I never felt pressured and I felt the agent just wanted to help me find the right options for me. I bought 2 beds, one was a higher end one for the Master bedroom and the other was for a guest bedroom.

Kept me informed, delivered when stated and were flexible with an agreeable date. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, no hard sell.

The staff member Liam had very good product knowledge was very helpful in helping make our choice of new bed and ottoman, we received emails advising when we would expect our new bed. The delivery lads Joe and Callum (called to advise delivery time) they were very efficient with their assembly of our purchased bed & ottoman. Well done Dreams we are very happy with our purchase.
