Great service from start to finish staff at the store & also the delivery couldn’t do enough to help make everything simple & quick for me 11/10 all round

We have had a great service from going into the store and the great delivery team.

My new mattress was delivered with care after the delivery drivers had removed my old one, which I had wrapped and sealed as requested.
All done pleasantly and carefully and I am happy with the new mattress, so Thank you to Dreams. 🌟👍🏻

Anne (Salesperson) was very helpful and patient with mum. She tested her out on a bed to see what firmness was best suited, before directing her to an appropriate bed within her price range. Anne also advised on best pillow suited to mum’s sleeping position. Got plenty of reminders/updates about delivery which was less than a week from ordering. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Mum is delighted with her new bed and pillow and has had the best sleep in a long time.

From choosing our bed and mattress In store, to the delivery and assembly of our bed the customer service was excellent.

We were assessed to see what mattress would be best suited. The delivery guys were very respectful of our home and assembled the bed in record time and spent time showing us the instructions (ottoman bed) and making sure we were satisfied before leaving.

I would recommend Dreams for your mattress and bed needs.

From the minute we stepped into the store, straight through to delivery - the team were a dream to work with.

We are extremely happy with our purchase. The ottoman gives us so much storage space which was needed after our loft conversion. Both my partner and I, have had the best sleep in a long time, and my sore back is no more!

Louie was the best customer service advisor ever. I've never experienced someone so kind, patient and understanding in my 30 odd years on this planet. We had no clue what we were after and spent nearly an hour on the bed machine.. and thanks for the coffee. Barista and bed expert, they don't come much better.

Bought from Birkenshaw branch. Salesman was wonderful and didn’t put any pressure on me for a sale. Very helpful. The delivery staff were amazing.Phoned to say they were in their way and on arrival put on over shoes to protect new carpet. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

Fantastic range of products and great customer service helped us to make the right choice of product that suited our needs and pocket.

I was having issues with upper back pain and as a result wasn’t getting enough sleep and decided to purchase a new mattress, more than happy with it getting proper sleep now and no more back pain.

Staff in shop really helpful, even got offer of something to drink ,nice touch .Got shown a selection of mattresses ,really comfortable .
Mattress was delivered on time , can’t fault Dreams at all ,great shopping experience.

Customer see from Alex was great! But, when delivered… the bed was not built even though it was paid for… somewhat disappointing.

The Sales Person was courteous, knowledgeable and made me completely at ease.
