Great service, Alex went above and beyond for my mum looking for a new bed. We used the new sleep match to ensure we got the correct mattress and he also got us a new bed within our budget. A daunting experience (as we don’t know what suits us and what we are looking for) turned into a great experience. Mums is super excited for her new bed to arrive. Thanks again

Myself and my girlfriend went to dreams to find our first mattress together. We were looking around aimlessly. until an amazing dream colleague called Liam asked us how we were doing and do yous know what your were looking for. We were looking for a hybrid mattress Liam recommended that we use this machine that would help us to find the perfect mattress for our needs. We got matched up with 5 mattress options that Liam walked us through. and explained all the details of each mattress. and let us test them out the first one we tried was the best one for us he offered us drinks and offers. Also wile we waited for payment to fallow through we got to have a down to earth chat with Liam and he is a big nerd like us so we had a lot in common.

Served by an extremely nice and knowledgable young man.
Bed arrived as per the stated time.

Communication in terms of delivery was excellent. The guys who delivered took time to make sure I knew how to operate the purchase and that I was content with the purchase.

Went into the branch at Birkenshaw Estate, Uddingston on 19th Nov for a new double mattress for the bed in the spare room. When I told staff member Liam he showed us a few including one that was reduced from £349 to £139. Lay on it and it was really comfy. Liam said there was also free delivery to the door [extra charge for taking it upstairs to the room] and after checking delivery schedule he stated it would be 28th Nov. Got it delivered to the door on 28th as promised and driver put it inside my doorway. Polite, efficient and professional service both by Liam and the delivery driver.

I found sales staff very helpful, without being annoyingly pushy.
I must have lay on every mattress in shop, some several times, until i was gradually able to cut my preferred selection down to my final selection.
Due to painfully conditions, I was not overly confident that the new mattress would improve my sleeping pattern. I have been pleasantly surprised by the improvement.
Having previously wakened several times during the night with my old mattress. ( not old in age or poor quality). I now find I sleep most nights undisturbed with pain. In fact I can only remember one night of wakening once within the 1 month approximately I have owned this mattress. I really am surprised and very glad I made the effort to invest in a new mattress.

Delivery went ahead in the date agreed. Shop staff were informative. Delivery drivers courteous.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was mis-sold and misinformed. Visited the UDDINGSTON store to order a new bed (mattress & bed frame) Surprise surprise the very first bed they got us to lie on was the most expensive in the shop, needless to say no other one matched up to that so we decided to order it, mattress plus mattress enhancer. We then started to look at bed frames at which point the sales guy left us to wander the shop, not really seeing anything that matched what we wanted super king size, grey and ottoman base we sat at the computer and he processed to show us our options. We found one that we thought could work and he pointed it out to us in the shop so we went to look at it. We decided to order it and was excited to get it delivered over 2 weeks later. Problem is I am only 5ft tall and the mattress plus enhancer on top on the bed frame we picked is so high I cant actually get on the bed without steps. Not only this but the mattress is so heavy I also cant open the ottoman base. I went back to the store and a different member of staff preceded to tell me that the mattress we picked is so deep that it has a specific base for that mattress (we were never told this) and that we should have been told about the weight of the mattress not working with an ottoman base (again we were not). Having raised the complaint with customer care they would only agree to swap the mattress but we just wanted to swap the base. They have spoken to the store and have said that the store have told them that they assisted us to test various ottoman bases paired with the mattress we picked to make sure it wouldn't be too tall - blatant lies, so did he walk around the store with the matress....no he didn't even move from his desk when we picked it. Seems to me that he was only interested in selling us a £6.5k bed and not actually making sure it would fit our requirements. Buyers beware of mis selling, mis information and lies from the sales staff rather than admit a mistake has been made and assist the customer that has spent a substantial amount of money.

All in all a very good experience which will make me return to this company when I’m looking for a bed in the future
