From walking into store till our purchase,the assistant Liam,couldn’t be more helpful,he talked us through all the options available to us,took us through different beds and pillows,also offered us all other options available to us which we declined,and after purchase to delivery,we were kept updated,and delivery was very smooth,and so far quality of bed is excellent,can’t fault this company

The salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. I lay on a motorised, computerised bed and the computer came up with 3 or 4 recommendations and I tried each one for comfort and when I chose one the delivery was quick too.

Customer service in store was great but on delivery the men knocked a radiator off the wall causing a water leak. They phoned customer service who stated the obvious that they would pick up the bill but we're not able to assist with a plumber. Was advised to email "property damage" but got an acknowledgement saying they would reply in SEVEN days. Called the branch but they didn't want involved, Poor after sales service.

Sheryl was amazing, made our experience personal and genuine. We got the mattress we wanted with Sheryl’s guidance and expertise. She was patient and gave us space to discuss a large purchase, which is a bit unusual in a sales environment, but was very welcomed. We could not fault the stores’ atmosphere and friendliness. Great experience and will buy from Dreams again!

Had a fantastic experience with Dreams from start to finish. From walking into store and being welcomed by Sheryl at the Tannochside store was very helpful when choosing my bed. To the delivery guys who tried their hardest to get the divan base up my stairs but wouldn’t fit, the guys were absolutely fantastic and helpful even suggesting a few other bases that would fit. The customer services were outstanding helping me to order new base and delivery of base, very quick response and was completely hassle free. Superb wouldn’t go anywhere else as my previous bed and mattress was from dreams which I am now only replacing 15 years later.
