Pubblicità inesatta, ho acquistato due bambole che avrebbero dovuto misurare cm 38 e invece misurano cm 33
Ho acquistato due bambole baby stella che misurano cm 33 invece dei cm 38 come nella descrizione del sito, lo spazio delle scatole che le contiene misura cm 34 e le bambole hanno un ciuffetto, 3, 4 fili di stoffa per 'capelli', e comunque questi fili di stoffa non sono lunghi cm 5, non ho schiacciato niente. Purtroppo non ho ricevuto io il pacco dal corriere al quale ho chiesto inutilmente di lasciarlo in un punto di ritiro e le scatole sono danneggiate. Vi consiglio di non mettere la misura delle bambole se non è precisa

Amazing work!
I loved how fast I received the order (2 work days) and the quality of the products! Unfortunatelly I had to return the order because any size wouldn't fit to my pregnant body, but the support of the company in all process was amazing! They helped me how to return an order from another country and were very helpfull!

Dear Sydney, thank you for your precious feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service and that you desire to cancel your order. As per our email conversation and exchanges, it has been really difficult to get in contact with Fedex courier and after many reports, we still do not have updates on your order. Unfortunately, we think it has been lost by the courier. Usually, when the loss is confirmed, we immediately ship another order to the customer, obviously for free. But since you prefer non to receive the item, given the wrong timing, we have immediately refunded you on your PayPal account.
We have just notified Fedex to block the delivery of your package, but since the situation of the courier is quite chaotic at the moment, it is likely that it will be delivered anyways. Please, let us know if that happens.
In the meantime, in addition to the refund, we have sent you an apology voucher by email.
We really hope to see you again on our website, to have another chance to show you the accuracy and efficiency of our service.

Cercavo un passeggino gemellare di marca bugaboo praticamente introvabile ovunque, anche sullo stesso sito del produttore, qui l'ho trovato assieme ad un'ottima assistenza clienti (disponbilissimi sia a mezzo telefono sia a mezzo e-mail) e ad un servizio super veloce (in 48 h l'ordine è stato ricevuto, preparato e spedito). Davvero complimenti!
