Ben was great today as an instructor…
Ben was great today as an instructor for the circuit training workshop. Very thorough but fun and entertaining as well. We had lots of opportunities to practice as a coach ourselves, and went over the whole structure of the course.

I had a workshop for circuit training with Ben. He conducted a: clear, professional, and comprehensive class on how to adapt and tailor workouts to a multitude of skill levels and, how to creat my own engaging and effective circuits.

Today I had my L3 Personal Training and…
Today I had my L3 Personal Training and Coaching Workshop in Covent Garden and Ben was the instructor. As ever he was totally amazing, he really helps demystify some of the concerns I had about the qualification and specifically the assessment. He gives great developmental advice and also a plethora of exercise examples we can use with our future clients!! Amazing. Would love to have Ben for every session!!

I’ve just completed the indoor cycling…
I’ve just completed the indoor cycling practical day and I have enjoyed every part of it! Stuart made me feel so welcome, confident and comfortable throughout the day, I feel as though I can confidently go and teach an indoor cycling class. From all the safety tips to prescribing the exercise to song selection I throughly enjoyed it and I would recommend doing the course to others! Thank you Stuart for another amazing day!

indoor cycling qualification
I had Stuart for my Indoor Cycling Qualification and I loved it. Sometiens a long day of a learning can feel draining but he was so good at bringing us all together and making it fun and engaging, would highly recommend!!
